Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. You buy this decision engine as a contract with a fixed monthly request allowance. The 19 tiers are named after metals, from Iron up to Pure gold. Each tier sets how many production requests and test requests you get. Production requests run your live decision policies; test requests let you trial policies before going live. As you move up the tiers, both allowances increase. Test allowances step up at set points, from 100 to 500, then 1,000, then 10,000. You pick the tier matching your expected request volume. Contract terms run 12, 24, or 36 months.

What counts as one production request versus one test request for billing?
A production request runs your live decision policy against real data and returns a result. A test request runs a policy in trial mode before you go live, so you can check outcomes without affecting production. Each tier bundles a fixed count of both types.
What happens if my monthly request volume exceeds the allowance in my tier?
Each tier includes a set number of production and test requests. To handle more volume, you move to a tier with a higher allowance. The service is described as scaling with picos above 300 requests per second, but overage handling is not specified. Contact the vendor for details on exceeding your allowance.
Do both production and test allowances increase together as I move up tiers?
Production allowances rise steadily at every tier, from 1,500 up to 100,000,000. Test allowances rise in steps rather than continuously. They start at 100, move to 500, then 1,000, then 10,000 at the higher tiers. So the two allowances do not scale at the same rate.
