AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
The entry-level plan is ideal for small companies and 1-2 use cases, offering 100k API calls/month, 50 rules, 1 user, and Community support.
$28,000.00
Small and Medium Enterprise
For small-to-medium companies processing high volumes of records, offering 1 mil. API calls/month, 150 rules, 3 users, and includes Silver-level dedicated support.
$60,000.00
Enterprise
Best for large enterprises with multi-tenant needs and massive data processing, offering 3 mil. API calls/month, 300 rules, 10 user, and includes 24/7/365 Premium Support.
You choose one of three contract tiers, billed as a commitment. The tiers scale together across four limits: monthly API calls, number of rules, included users, and support level. Startup covers small workloads with the lowest caps and Community support. Small and Medium Enterprise raises the API call, rule, and user limits and adds Silver-level dedicated support. Enterprise sets the highest caps for multi-tenant and high-volume needs and includes 24/7/365 Premium Support. Moving up a tier increases every limit at once rather than letting you buy any single limit separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one API call against my monthly quota?
An API call is one successful call to the Solver API, meaning one rule you solve. Each tier includes a monthly quota: 100k for Startup, 1 million for Small and Medium Enterprise, and 3 million for Enterprise. The quota resets monthly and limits how many rules you can run.
What does the rules limit count, and what happens if I reach it?
The rules limit counts the total business rules and flows you create, including Decision Tables, trees, and flow nodes combined. Startup allows 50, Small and Medium Enterprise 150, and Enterprise 300. To raise this cap, you move to a higher tier, which takes effect immediately.
Do all four limits move together when I change tiers, or can I raise just one?
All four limits move together. Each tier bundles a fixed set of API calls, rules, users, and support level. You cannot buy extra rules or users on their own. Reaching any single cap means moving up a full tier, which raises every limit at once.

I like that DecisionRules provides a quick way to create and iterate on promotional rules, which enables faster delivery. For technical users like me, it's simple to understand and work with. I find the API to be very reliable and never had any issues regarding availability. The support is also pretty great; we had an issue with rules performance and received all the help we needed to fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One major selling point for us was the ability to offload some of the configuration to non-technical users. Although it supports export/import via Excel, the generated output wasn't user-friendly for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DecisionRules for quickly creating and iterating on promotional rules, speeding up delivery. It helps apply complex promotional rules and verify user eligibility for discounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Decision Rules helped us streamline the evaluation of multiple policies using the same input data, in a way that our Product and Business teams could visually understand which policies were being evaluated. It has been a big help for visibility and overall clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process and overall learning curve can feel a bit complicated, especially if you haven’t used this kind of tool before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the evaluation of different policies without having to code them, decouples business rules from the core logic, and lets the business team visualize and adjust those rules as needed.

User-Friendly and Highly Integrative, But Needs Better Debugging Tools
Reviewed on Apr 30, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I like how DecisionRules solves offer discount values without needing to update the code repeatedly. It's easy to use for the business team thanks to its simple UI, which allows non-tech people to manage it effortlessly. I appreciate the ease of integration using the APIs it provides. The platform's simplicity, with button clicks and drag-and-drop features, makes it easy for non-tech users to implement complex business rules and offers. Plus, it supports import and export for similar rule creation. Onboarding was straightforward, just a simple API setup, and you're ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if debugging the complex conditions we create can be made easier. Sometimes it's difficult to find the debugging tools DecisionRules provides, forcing non-tech users to explore the platform and invest more time. This could have been improved if a demo video or walk-through could have been provided to the users, when it starts or tries to debug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use DecisionRules to manage offer discount values without frequent code updates, making dynamic offer management easy. Its simple UI is great for non-tech users, allowing them to implement complex business rules with ease through API integration.

High-Performance Rule Engine for Agile Product Teams
Reviewed on Apr 13, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The performance and reliability are excellent. The platform handles complex calculations and high-volume requests without any noticeable lag. I also appreciate the "Sandbox" environment, which allows us to safely experiment with new rule sets before they go live.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system for rule changes could be more robust. It would be helpful to have more granular options for email or Slack alerts whenever a specific rule is modified or published to ensure everyone stays in the loop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the headache of hard-coded business logic that is difficult to change. By using DecisionRules, we have decoupled our business logic from our core code, allowing our product team to pivot strategies in minutes rather than waiting for the next engineering sprint.
