What do you like best about the product?

I can say that I really like to analyze things very carefully before saying anything about them. I've tested countless proxy providers extensively. Some points worth mentioning are: the high quality and stability of the proxies, which ensure a stable connection consistent with what they promise. No data leaks and very good fraud scores. IPRoyal's price, despite the high quality, is very affordable and even cheaper than other providers. This is very important, especially for anyone looking to scale. In addition, IPRoyal's support is very fast and helpful, always responding quickly when contacted and always willing to help however they can. The dashboard is very intuitive and easy to understand, as is purchasing the proxies. Everything happens quickly and straightforwardly. I've been a customer for over a year now, and during that time I occasionally test other providers that are said to be good as well, since I like to stay up to date. But IPRoyal remains the best choice, in my opinion. Whenever someone asks for a proxy provider recommendation, I recommend IPRoyal without hesitation.

What do you dislike about the product?

One detail that bothers me a bit is not being able (at least I don't know how, if it exists) to name the proxies. This would make things easier when using multiple proxies for different situations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like to use it to do research in other languages. Since I work with marketing and AI, I like to have access to materials in other languages to improve my knowledge.

So far, I haven’t had any significant problems with the service. For my type of use, it has worked well. Maybe the dashboard could receive some improvements to make it even simpler for people who are just starting out, but it’s not something that has affected my experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A bit more transparency or a warm-up guarantee there would make a real difference.
