You choose between two monthly contract tiers: STARTER and PRODUCTION. Both bill as a fixed monthly rate for a set volume of request units. The tiers scale by capacity, with PRODUCTION built for higher request volumes than STARTER. Each tier gives access to the same search data collection service; the difference is the monthly commitment level and included request allowance. You pick the tier that matches your expected monthly request volume, and billing recurs each month for that committed rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each API call you execute counts as one request. In asynchronous mode, only the "send request" is counted; collecting the response is free. You are charged only for successfully delivered results, not for failed requests.
Each tier includes a set request allowance for its fixed monthly rate. Once you pass that allowance, additional requests are billed at a per-request rate. The base monthly rate stays fixed; only the extra usage adds to your bill.
No. Both tiers allow unlimited concurrent requests, so your throughput is not capped by simultaneous connections. The service is built for high-volume and peak-period collection across all supported search engines and 195 countries.
