Portugal Consumer Segmentation provides a powerful set of consumer classification systems developed to assess the socio-economic and geodemographic profiles of neighborhoods across Portugal. It consists of analysis variables and two segmentation systems including international and market optimized categories. The data is based on census, government and commercial data.
Portugal Consumer Segmentation data enables marketers and analysts to segment, profile and analyze customers and markets thereby providing valuable insights for database marketing, customer segmentation exercises and network planning.
Based on key demographic and socio-economic characteristics, the Portugal Consumer Segmentation data classifies Portugal households into categories and groups. The market specific segmentation consists of forty categories organized into nine groups. The international segmentation is grouped into five income types and further divided into twenty-five standard life stage categories for consistent classification when comparing across countries. Additional analysis variables are also provided related to presence of families, education, industry, property size, and average income in local currency.
Data is in accord with local privacy laws and based on census, government and commercial data.

This listing uses a single pricing dimension called Product Access (Units). It is free to subscribe. The dimension grants you access to a sample of consumer segmentation data covering Portugal. Because there is only one dimension, there are no tiers, instance sizes, or usage add-ons to choose between. You subscribe once to unlock access. The sample provides a subsection of segmentation intelligence, letting you review the data structure and coverage before considering broader use. Billing does not scale with volume under this free access model.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Product Access include for this Portugal sample?
One unit grants you subscriber access to a subsection sample of the Portugal consumer segmentation data. It is a preview slice, not the full dataset. You use it to review the data structure, attributes, and coverage before deciding on broader consumer segmentation data.
Does my cost change as I query or use more of the sample data?
No. Access is free and does not scale with how much you query or activate. There are no usage meters, overage charges, or volume thresholds on this sample. You subscribe once for Product Access and review the segmentation subsection without accruing further charges.
Is this sample the full Portugal consumer segmentation dataset or a limited portion?
It is a subsection sample, meaning a limited portion of the segmentation data. It shows attitudinal, household, demographic, and behavioral segment signals so you can evaluate coverage and format. Broader access to the underlying attributes and audiences requires a separate arrangement with the vendor.
