Augment and verify your customer identity and contact data to better support successful
management of, and communications to, each individual in your target audience. Marketing Identity Elements offers the raw Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data needed to validate, enhance, verify, and link consumer records for effective CRM management and better ensure your marketing messages and offers reach your target audience. Data is sourced from trusted data partners and is available to clients via regular updates. Most importantly, it is approved for use as part of marketing campaigns.
Marketers are continuously challenged by dynamic consumer contact information and interactions with their company. Consumer information collected can contain multiple nicknames or last names, as well as current and old addresses, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses, and Mobile Advertising ID (MAIDs). Interactions can also be tracked across many channels such as brick and mortar purchases, online browsing and purchases, and customer service via phone, email, text, chat, and more. And further complicating the view of any consumer, most companies maintain multiple databases that include consumer data, such as marketing, sales, billing, customer service, loyalty, partner, retention, collections, and more.
As an optional add-on to core Marketing Identity Elements, records can also be appended with financial capacity insights to differentiate consumers that are most likely to be able to purchase or invest in your products and services.
These insights - including estimated income, affluence, spending power, and financial durability - can help marketers identify, segment, and reach attractive audiences for marketing campaigns.

Flag or remove deceased consumers to reduce marketing costs for direct mail

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What consumer data do I receive with Product Access?
You receive raw consumer identity data approved for marketing use. This includes current and former names or aliases, current and prior addresses, gender, date of birth, deceased flags, and current and past phone numbers and email addresses. The data is standardized and compliant with state privacy laws.
How is the data delivered once I have Product Access?
Data arrives via quarterly batch files. You can request a full file or state-level records. Address standardization is included, and financial capacity insights can be appended if you arrange that separately. These optional appends are not part of this Marketplace pricing dimension.
Does Product Access include financial capacity insights for segmentation?
No. Financial capacity insights are an optional add-on arranged separately from this dimension. These appends estimate income, affluence, discretionary spending, and financial durability at the household level. Product Access covers the core consumer identity and contact data only, not these optional segmentation appends.
