It has one pricing dimension: DPSuite, billed by terabyte (TB) of protected data. You pick either a 1-year or 3-year contract term. Your cost scales with the number of terabytes you commit to protect. The longer 3-year term and the 1-year term carry separate rates for the same per-TB unit. Because all pricing is set by private offer, the exact per-TB rate and total depend on the terms you negotiate.

You are billed per terabyte of protected data. This is the amount of source data the platform safeguards, not the storage space consumed after deduplication. The software protects physical, virtual, and multicloud workloads, including virtual machines, databases, file systems, NAS, containerized applications, and cloud-native data. Your TB count reflects the total data you commit to protect.
Your committed terabytes set your contract price for the term. If your protected data grows beyond that amount, you would need to adjust your commitment. Because this listing is a private offer, the exact rules for adding capacity mid-term depend on the terms you negotiate with the seller.
Both terms bill the same per-terabyte unit for the same DPSuite software. The 1-year term sets your rate for 12 months. The 3-year term locks a separate rate across 36 months. The choice affects how long your committed price holds, not which workloads or features you receive.
