Nous aimons que commercetools dispose d'API bien documentées qui sont rapides et stables. Nous avons rarement rencontré un cas d'utilisation qui ne puisse être résolu via leurs champs personnalisés et types personnalisés. Leur plateforme s'intègre également facilement avec les bus d'événements, ce qui nous permet de synchroniser facilement les données avec d'autres systèmes. Leur équipe de support client est facilement joignable et très compétente sur la plateforme.

commercetools dispose d'API bien documentées mais nécessite une équipe de développement dédiée pour créer une vitrine sans tête. L'entreprise n'est pas optimiste quant aux logiciels open-source, ce qui nous rend méfiants quant à l'avenir de l'entreprise. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes où leur moteur de promotion est limité, ce qui signifie que nous ne pouvons pas appliquer les réductions dont nous avons besoin.

commercetools résout le problème commercial que nous avions. Nous avions besoin d'une plateforme qui ne soit pas lente et qui nous donne la flexibilité d'apporter toutes les modifications nécessaires à notre site web. Nous avions besoin d'une plateforme rapide, extensible et robuste pour créer une expérience d'achat de classe mondiale avec plusieurs vitrines. Seule une plateforme moderne et sans tête comme commercetools pouvait le permettre.

Commercetools est une plateforme de commerce numérique très riche en fonctionnalités. Son support de l'architecture MACH l'a rendue très flexible et facile à intégrer avec nos systèmes hérités. Son intégration avec les solutions de paiement en a fait une plateforme complète.

Ils doivent améliorer leurs fonctionnalités de gestion des commandes. Les prix doivent également être plus compétitifs. Enfin, les options d'hébergement doivent être améliorées et un emplacement de serveur en Asie doit être introduit pour améliorer la livraison en temps réel.

Nous avions besoin d'une solution de commerce intégrée qui pourrait constituer la base de notre portail de fidélité. Après avoir examiné la concurrence, nous avons opté pour commercetools principalement en raison de sa solution flexible et compatible avec les connecteurs.
