Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. Dimensions summary
You pick one plan tier: Standard, Professional, or Enterprise. Each tier bundles a monthly allowance of bandwidth, storage, and encoding. Standard includes the smallest allowances, Professional a mid-level set, and Enterprise the largest. When your usage exceeds the included amounts, four usage-based charges apply: extra bandwidth per GB, extra storage per GB, extra encoding per GB, and DRM per view. This lets your base cost stay fixed while you pay only for consumption above the allowance. You commit to a contract term for the chosen tier.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Bandwidth is measured by the total file size of each video played, multiplied by the number of viewers. For example, one hour of HD video uses about 2GB. If 2,000 viewers stream a one-hour HD video daily for 30 days, that consumes roughly 120TB. Overage above your tier allowance is charged per GB.
Each tier includes a fixed monthly allowance for bandwidth, storage, and encoding. As long as you stay within those amounts, no extra per-GB charges apply. The four usage-based charges (bandwidth, storage, encoding, and DRM per view) only apply to consumption above your tier's included amounts.
Your tier sets a base cost with included allowances. Above those, four charges bill independently: extra bandwidth per GB, extra storage per GB, extra encoding per GB, and DRM per view. Bandwidth usually dominates for high-viewership streaming, while storage grows with large libraries. All charges add to the same bill.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Muvi One serves as an all-in-one platform to host, manage, and distribute our video content. What I like most is how everything just works together in one place, so we're not jumping between tools anymore. The integration of AI-powered tasks like subtitles, clips, and metadata makes our workflow faster, simpler, and much easier to scale without adding more effort. This automation removes a lot of manual work, allowing us to go from upload to publish much faster and enabling easy scaling of output without adding complexity. The initial setup was fairly smooth with self-sufficient onboarding guides, and the support team was quick and really helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Nothing, so far the experience is seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using Muvi to build and manage our streaming platform for archival video works. Their team has been highly attentive and responsive throughout the customization and launch process, and we appreciated their willingness to work closely with us to address specific requests.
The platform has enabled us to create a structured viewing experience for our audience, which has been especially valuable as a small nonprofit. That said, we did encounter some limitations in the design and UX flexibility, and achieving the level of polish we were hoping for required additional iteration.
