This contract pairs a base subscription with usage-based components. You buy Seats to cover the members who work in the platform. Tokens measure the AI processing your projects consume, and each seat comes with a monthly token allotment. Additional Usage lets you pay for consumption beyond your included amounts. The Enterprise Custom dimension is quoted individually, so you contact the vendor to set pricing that matches your team size and needs. Together these dimensions let you scale by adding members and by increasing token capacity as your project volume grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A token measures the AI processing your project consumes. Most token use comes from syncing your project's file system to the AI. Larger projects use more tokens per message. Each paid seat receives a monthly token allotment, and tokens are not shared among team members.
Unused tokens from a paid subscription roll over for one additional month. That makes them valid for up to two months total. You need an active paid subscription to access rolled-over tokens. This lets you carry short-term surplus capacity into the next billing period.
You pay per Seat for each member who works in the platform. Each seat includes a monthly token allotment. Tokens measure AI processing consumed. When your usage passes the included amount, Additional Usage charges apply. Seats and consumption bill together, so both appear on the same invoice.
