Overview
This is a cloud-native Apache Superset runtime on the Websoft9 Applications Hosting Platform. It is always up-to-date, secure, and ready to use right out of the box with business support from Websoft9.
Superset is fast, lightweight, intuitive, and loaded with options that make it easy for users of all skill sets to explore and visualize their data, from simple line charts to highly detailed geospatial charts.
Websoft9 is a lightweight, self-hosting PaaS that allows you to deploy multiple applications on your own cloud infrastructure. It employs a GitOps approach and includes an integrated app store that supports one-click deployment of over 200 template applications, as well as the ability to deploy custom applications. Users have complete autonomy, ensuring that applications can be easily configured and continuously deployed even after they are live. Additionally, the web-based interface allows users to effortlessly perform tasks such as domain binding, HTTPS setup, access control, and status monitoring.

Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour for this platform, which runs on an Amazon EC2 instance. Pricing is not tiered by features. Instead, each dimension maps to a specific EC2 instance type, and the hourly rate reflects the compute size you pick. Options range from small, general-purpose instances to large compute-, memory-, storage-, and GPU-optimized instances. Larger instances with more CPU, memory, or specialized hardware cost more per hour. You choose the instance type that fits your workload and scale up or down by selecting a different one. Billing runs only while your instance is active.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You get a running EC2 virtual machine sized to the instance type you pick, preloaded with the Superset hosting platform. Each dimension maps to one EC2 instance with a set amount of CPU, memory, and, for some types, GPU or fast local storage. You run one instance per subscription.
Hourly software charges apply only while the instance runs. When you stop the instance, the per-hour software charge stops too. Note that AWS may still bill you for attached storage while the instance is stopped, but the platform meters running hours only.
Changes are manual. You choose the instance type that fits your workload, and the hourly rate follows that choice. To scale up or down, you select a different instance type and redeploy. Nothing shifts automatically, so your rate stays fixed until you change the instance.

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are allowed if you are canceling a subscription to purchase a new subscription from Websoft9 at the same or higher rate. Hourly Subscriptions: We do not currently support refunds, but you can cancel at any time.

Notes
- You do not need to SSH into EC2 at all steps, easy to operate.
- Make sure the EC2 security group permits ports 80, 443, 9000 and 9001

I subscribed, launched an t2 medium instance as recommended by the vendor.
1st attempt, the Postgres tables (including users and roles roles) did not set up completly. Consequently, I could not log in with the provided credentials.
2nd attempt, the tables were created, I could log in, but the pages were not loadin. So I could not see anything after logging in
3rd attempt, was able the pages were loading, but as soon as I logged in, I got a Sqlalchemy error message.
