This is a cloud-native EspoCRM runtime on the Websoft9 Applications Hosting Platform. It is always up-to-date, secure, and ready to use right out of the box with business support from Websoft9.

Websoft9 is a lightweight, self-hosting PaaS that allows you to deploy multiple applications on your own cloud infrastructure. It employs a GitOps approach and includes an integrated app store that supports one-click deployment of over 200 template applications, as well as the ability to deploy custom applications. Users have complete autonomy, ensuring that applications can be easily configured and continuously deployed even after they are live. Additionally, the web-based interface allows users to effortlessly perform tasks such as domain binding, HTTPS setup, access control, and status monitoring.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each dimension bills per hour that the chosen EC2 instance runs the EspoCRM hosting platform. One instance-hour covers the CPU, memory, and storage of that instance size. You pay only while the instance runs, so the meter reflects actual runtime, not calendar time.
Hourly software charges apply only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance stops accruing the hourly rate. Underlying AWS storage fees may still apply for attached volumes while stopped, but the platform meters running time only.
The vendor can provide offline installation packages for servers without network access, and can offer service for private cloud environments. In both cases, contact the vendor's Customer Success team before proceeding. These arrangements sit outside the standard hourly EC2 billing shown here.

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are allowed if you are canceling a subscription to purchase a new subscription from Websoft9 at the same or higher rate. Hourly Subscriptions: We do not currently support refunds, but you can cancel at any time.

Use local web browser to access https://<EC2_Instance_Public_IP>:9000, you will then see the setup wizard by Websoft9 Console.
Notes
- You do not need to SSH into EC2 at all steps, easy to operate.
- Make sure the EC2 security group permits ports 80, 443, 9000 and 9001
