This is a license for Amazon Timestream for InfluxDB 3 Enterprise. It provides access to the industry leading, time series database tailor made for rapid insights on your analytical data.
InfluxDB 3 Enterprise is a high-performance, time series database built for real-time analytics, monitoring, machine learning, and IoT at scale. It combines SQL simplicity, columnar speed, and enterprise-grade availability to power mission-critical workloads.
InfluxDB 3 Enterprise on Amazon Timestream is purpose-built for real-time, high-cardinality workloads where precision and reliability are critical. Available directly in the AWS Management Console, InfluxDB 3 Enterprise gives developers the ability to ingest millions of unique measurements per second, run sub-10 millisecond queries for last values, and enable deterministic outcomes for Industrial AI and mission-critical systems.
With its Python Processing Engine, developers can enrich and analyze data on the fly, enabling forecasting, anomaly detection, and real-time alerting inside the database itself. Unlimited cardinality ensures scalability as the number of unique time series multiply, while the Last Value and Distinct Value caches enable real-time performance for your most important data.
Enterprise-grade features include multi-region durability with automatic failover, read replication for high availability and elastic query throughput, and enhanced security built into a diskless, cloud-native architecture. InfluxDB 3 Enterprise on Amazon Timestream gives organizations the reliability, scale, and performance required to power the next generation of intelligent, real-time systems.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay based on usage, measured per vCPU. Pricing is billed by the number of vCPUs your deployment uses. The only variable across the dimensions is the AWS Region where you run the database. Each dimension sets the per-vCPU rate for one Region, spanning North America, South America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. There are no separate tiers or feature-based plans here. You select the Region that fits your data residency and latency needs, then scale your cost up or down by adding or removing vCPUs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one vCPU for billing purposes?
A vCPU is one virtual processor core assigned to your database nodes. You are billed by the total number of vCPUs across your deployment. As you add ingest nodes, query nodes, or extra compute for higher traffic, your vCPU count rises and your charges scale accordingly.
How does my cost change when I add or remove database nodes?
This product separates compute from storage, so you scale by adding nodes for writes, reads, or isolated workloads. Each node adds vCPUs, and your bill rises with the total vCPU count. Removing or reducing nodes lowers your vCPU count and reduces charges. Billing follows active vCPU usage.
Does the per-vCPU price cover object storage, or is that billed separately?
The Marketplace price meters vCPU usage only. This database uses a diskless design backed by persistent object storage that you provide. Storage capacity for petabyte-scale retention sits outside the per-vCPU rate and is not part of these dimensions. Your underlying storage costs are handled through your own infrastructure.
