Great operation platform, held back by weird decisions and slow loads

What do you like best about the product?
On BTP I can develop and run my apps easily. Things work reliably and many problems are solved for me or I have best practices at hand.
Beeing Bld to run docker containers is also amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The BTP cockpit loads very slowly. My focus is broken if I open it and reloads take forever. The new destination view is completely broken for me, that it does not load at all. Also pricing is in transparent and not suitable for smaller organizations.
I also am sometimes confused by similar offerings, for example having 3 eventing solutions does not make it clear what to use unless you dig deep. And some stuff is not available as a trial.
In general you have to go through so many hoops to get some Services, that really drags things out and is annoying.

New features/products are being released in a not very ready state with bugs. Lack of documentation or information in certain areas, for example for Cloud Foundry runtime

Enabling faster development of extensions and integrations, staying competitive by tailoring solutions to our needs. OCR workflows for enabling source-to-pay business processes help a lot

BTP offers comprehensive suite of products to make our clean core strategy effective. The SAP work zone , SAP Build APP and SAP BPA to name few . SAP AI services complement and accelerate the development & deployment of applications and help business to realise more value through SAP Business AI
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the calculators available for estimate consumption, the predictability of cost of ownership is still not completely transparent. This is very important when it comes to AI Units
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep the core clean , leverage Business accelerator Hub for using prebuilt APIs & Integration, leverage BPA to bringing intelligent automation of Tasks .

What I appreciate about SAP BTP is that it offers a wide range of services to meet various requirements. Everything is cloud-based and always accessible, so there is no need to manage systems yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform provides robust integration and development features, but its complexity may pose difficulties for newcomers. Certain services require significant effort to master, and the pricing structure is not always straightforward to predict. Furthermore, the documentation and navigation between various tools could be more user-friendly to enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has enabled us to publish custom applications, providing a unified access point and allowing us to develop integrations and workflows tailored to all our requirements. As a result, we have significantly reduced the time spent on development.
