Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose from three plans priced by the number of users allowed. Each plan includes one Admin. The Basic Plan supports up to 3 users. The Standard Plan supports up to 10 users. The Premium Plan supports up to 25 users. As you move up, the user cap increases. The Standard and Premium plans also add multi-incident report availability, which the Basic Plan does not include. Billing runs on a contract term, and charges appear on your AWS invoice.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user in each plan, and does the Admin count toward the user cap?
Each plan sets a maximum number of user accounts that can access TraceRoot. The Basic Plan allows up to 3 users, Standard up to 10, and Premium up to 25. Each plan also includes one Admin account. The Admin is listed separately from the user cap in every plan.
What does multi-incident report availability add over single-incident reporting?
Multi-incident report availability lets you produce reports covering more than one investigation. The Standard and Premium plans include this feature; the Basic Plan does not. TraceRoot generates audit-ready PDF and CSV exports formatted for compliance reviews, auditors, and management.
If my team grows past a plan's user cap, does cost adjust automatically or must I change plans?
Each plan has a fixed user limit: 3, 10, or 25 users. There is no automatic per-user overage. To support more users, you move to a plan with a higher cap. The user count sets which plan fits, not a metered charge per added user.
