What do you like best about the product?
We can create a bird eye view of all the projects and portfolios which helps management to decide on their next step.
What do you dislike about the product?
TP currently has no integration with PowerBI which is widely used for management reporting.

Need more materials to guide users on how to best utilize the tool as part of a suite of Apptio products or other IT business management tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to streamline Agile portfolio and project management, offering teams a clear, visual way to manage work at all stages, from planning to execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform’s flexibility, while powerful, can also make it complex and difficult to set up initially, especially for teams unfamiliar with Agile frameworks or extensive customization. The user interface, while highly visual, feels cluttered or overwhelming, particularly in larger implementations with numerous boards and data points. Sometimes there are performance issues when handling large datasets, which can impact productivity, especially in our fast-paced environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping teams and organizations gain better control over complex workflows and strategic alignment. One of the main benefits is providing visibility across all levels of work, from individual tasks to high-level project portfolios. This visibility helps teams manage dependencies, prioritize effectively, and make informed decisions, keeping work aligned with organizational goals and reducing the likelihood of bottlenecks.
