Dimensions summary
You buy access on a per-seat basis, where one seat covers one user. Both options give that user access to the training catalog. The two dimensions differ by mentorship support. The Teams Seat License provides catalog access alone. The Teams Pro Seat License adds two one-on-one mentor sessions per user on top of the same catalog access. Pricing scales with the number of seats you purchase, so cost grows as you add users. You choose between the two based on whether your users need direct mentor time.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One seat licenses one named user. That single user gets all-access to the training catalog. Seats are not shared between people. To cover more users, you buy more seats, so the count of seats equals the number of individuals you want to enroll.
The Teams Pro Seat License adds two one-on-one mentor sessions per user, on top of the same catalog access. Mentors review projects, answer technical questions, and give personalized feedback. Each user receiving a Pro seat gets those two sessions; the standard Teams Seat License includes no one-on-one sessions.
Cost is driven by seat count and seat type. Each Teams Seat License and each Teams Pro Seat License is billed per user. You can buy quantities of either type; the charges add together on the same order. The Pro seats simply cost more because they include mentor sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
Udacity provides a well-designed learning experience that is easy to navigate and keeps you focused on completing each program. The lessons are practical, the hands-on projects reflect real-world scenarios, and the platform performs reliably throughout the learning journey. Whenever I needed clarification, the available learning resources and mentor support helped me stay on track. While some programs can be expensive at full price, the quality of the content, practical experience, and verified certificates make the investment worthwhile for professional growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the overall learning experience is excellent, some Nanodegree programs can be costly without promotional pricing. A few courses could also be updated more frequently to reflect the latest industry trends, and response times for mentor support may vary depending on demand. Aside from that, the platform is stable, easy to use, and consistently delivers high-quality learning content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity bridges the gap between theory and real-world application by providing structured learning paths built around practical projects. Instead of spending time searching for scattered resources, everything needed to learn is available in one place with clear guidance and support throughout the process. What do you like best about the product?
I had no clear expectations when I signed up for a nanodegree program almost three years ago, but I swiftly adapted to Udacity's approach towards the learning cycle. It was blended with short videos, articles, and quizzes that created a dynamic and direct engaging experience. The modular structure of the courses helped a lot because I had a full-time job at that time. What really got me into it were the practical tasks. Those long nights with the rush of submission followed by satisfaction over tackling the intellectual puzzle are still in my memories. The insights from industrial experts were the key to my development - they led me to improve my skills beyond what I had planned.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have the particular nanodegrees I want. I'm hoping for a full two-part program on AWS serverless development. A program that walks through the entire spectrum, from minor to medium projects, would be the ideal combination of study goals for me now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Udacity's help, I developed my core JavaScript skills. As a developer who juggles work and continuous learning, I needed a program that was both efficient and budget-friendly. Udacity achieved that too, giving me the opportunity to polish my technical abilities with great speed and no cost. The project-based way of practical learning meant I could straightaway use what I was experiencing at work, a big plus for my career growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Udacity offers wide range of courses that allows learners to gain practical skills in high-demand fields and earn certificates. Its self paced, easy to use and implement. Udacity provides its own chat-gpt for assisstance and we get support from peers and mentors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Udacity nanodegree projects provide cloud lab access to help us do some handson, but the problem is it's available only for 10 hours. If we're waiting for any support from mentor to clarify some of the issue, by the time the lab will be closed and the resources will be deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently moved into Data engineering from Testing, the udacity nanodegree with practical projects helped me to understand the fundamentals better.
