AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a contract pricing model with a single dimension, billed in units. The unit price shown is a starting point, so your final cost depends on the configuration you agree to with the vendor. To set a quantity and confirm terms, you contact the vendor directly at the email listed in the pricing details. The platform runs on a credit-based model for AI usage, which ties consumption to the units you purchase. Because pricing is quote-based, you work with the vendor to size the contract to your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one billing unit map to on this platform?
A unit reflects your agreed configuration with the vendor. The platform meters AI usage through a credit-based model, so consuming agents, automations, and personalization draws down credits tied to the units you purchase. You confirm the exact unit definition with the vendor when you size the contract.
How does AI usage affect my cost as consumption grows?
AI work runs on a credit-based model. Agents, automations, and Polaris actions consume AI Credits as they operate. Higher activity draws more credits, which ties back to the units in your contract. To scale credits or units, you contact the vendor to adjust your agreed terms.
What capabilities are included when I purchase units of this platform?
Your contract covers the unified platform: a headless CMS, real-time customer data and personalization, and autonomous AI agents. This includes visual editing, front-end hosting, brand governance, automations, and prebuilt agents for tasks like page creation and localization. The vendor confirms which capabilities your specific configuration includes.

Empowers Content Management with Ease and Efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Contentstack is to use, even for someone without much technical knowledge. It's a powerful tool that simplifies content management and delivery for IT support articles. The approval, review, and version history features are particularly valuable to us because our articles are sensitive and need a proper workflow. These features make it easy to ensure accuracy and allow us to revert to previous versions if needed. The editing facility is impressive, letting us shape articles exactly how we want them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the latency can be improved because it's still a bit glitchy on Contentstack. When I'm using the editor to edit articles, it takes some time to load the articles in the editor, and when I make any changes, the preview page also takes some time to update and show it. It's not instantaneous. I know technologically it's challenging, but if this can be improved, it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentstack to manage support article content easily without much tech knowledge. It eliminates IT bottlenecks for updates, reduces article management burden, and offers a powerful review, approval, and version history system. It's great for customizing articles and preventing wrong updates.

Ease of use and scalability with headless integration a great combo of features

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the easy-to-use visual builder, which makes everything a breeze. It’s also decoupled from the back end, enabling you to deliver content from one source to many websites or hosted pages. You can also automate your daily or monotonous tasks with the help of AI agents, along with easy integrations, great performance even with large files or code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is the lack of good documentation for the Contentstack API. The documentation is very limited, and the parts that are available are inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the developer bottleneck issue because it’s a headless CMS. Omnichannel content chaos is prevented by decoupling the backend content from the frontend presentation. This allows marketers to publish content anywhere quickly, while also enabling developers to keep building without being blocked by content updates.

Smooth Transition with Strong Version Control
Reviewed on Jul 15, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I find the version control in Contentstack to be very good compared to other platforms in the market. The transition to using Contentstack was smooth because the Contentstack team was always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the UI complex and feel it can be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Contentstack organizes all my articles in one place and offers excellent version control compared to other platforms.
I like Contentstack for its reusable content snippets, which save us the hassle of rewriting content multiple times, as we only need to update them in one place. The built-in workflow is better than our last tool, allowing us to manage permissions easily and streamlining the process of publishing articles with relevant links. The taxonomy tagging and nesting features help track and organize articles, making approvals easier and supporting scaling efforts. I also appreciate the many formatting options with live preview, and the version control system that provides additional assurance when managing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The diff that we get to see when sending an article for review is very confusing. Probably more AI integration to find things like duplicate articles, AI flagging possible errors in articles, AI to find articles which should be in same categories by using semantic vectors. Another suggestion would be to have more metrics like how many users visited a page, how many find it useful, showing 2 versions of articles to users and based on success rate/user adoption we decide which one is more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentstack acts as a single source of truth, streamlines omnichannel delivery, and simplifies the publishing process. It offers reusable content snippets, built-in workflow, and taxonomy tagging to manage article updates, approvals, and track specific article types.
