Financing for AWS Marketplace purchases
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You start with one Platform License Fee to deploy and run the platform inside your own virtual private cloud (VPC). This fee covers the base deployment. Three separate add-on dimensions handle user access by role. Each includes a free tier: 500 viewers, 20 evaluators, and 10 administrators. You pay a monthly fee per additional user only after you pass a role's free tier. These add-ons scale independently, so you add viewers, evaluators, or administrators based on your own team's needs. Combined, the license fee plus per-role usage sets your total cost.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each role maps to a distinct user type. Viewers consume AI insights inside business applications. Evaluators review and give feedback on AI outputs to improve quality. Administrators manage platform settings and access. You count each person against their role's free tier, then pay monthly per user beyond it.
The monthly fee applies only to users beyond each role's free tier. Your first 500 viewers, 20 evaluators, and 10 administrators cost nothing extra. Once you pass a tier, you pay per additional user in that role. Each role's count is tracked separately, so crossing one tier does not affect the others.
You pay the Platform License Fee to deploy the platform in your own VPC. On top of that, the three per-role fees bill independently based on users above each free tier. The license fee is fixed. The per-user fees rise only as your team grows past a role's included count. All charges appear together.
