What is our primary use case?
My main use case for YaRKEN at Track Solutions is for cybersecurity awareness training, phishing simulation, and measuring employee security awareness across the organization.
I run simulated phishing campaigns to test employees, identify users who click suspicious links, and provide targeted security awareness training based on the results.
YaRKEN is mainly used to improve employee security awareness and reduce phishing-related risks.
What is most valuable?
The best features YaRKEN offers are phishing simulations, customizable security awareness trainings, detailed reporting, user risk scoring, and campaign automation.
I find myself relying the most on phishing simulations because they provide a realistic way to assess user behavior, identify high-risk employees, and improve awareness through targeted training.
One standout feature of YaRKEN is the detailed reporting and user risk scoring, which helps security teams measure progress and focus training where it is needed most.
YaRKEN has positively impacted my organization by improving employee awareness, reducing phishing susceptibility, strengthening the organization's security culture, and helping to lower the risk of human error-related security incidents.
What needs improvement?
I measure improvements by tracking phishing click rates, training completion rates, repeat offender trends, and the number of reported phishing emails, all of which have shown steady improvement over time.
