What BeaCon Does
BeaCon is your personal AWS engineering partner - helping teams create artifacts, understand VPC and security-group posture, run data-engineering work from architecture to code, monitor resources, and advise on next steps.
Instead of stitching together raw scripts, custom runtimes, and manual IAM policies, teams describe work in natural language, attach context and tools, and let BeaCon handle the rest under Marketplace entitlements and metering.
Key Capabilities
- Create - Generate AWS artifacts and engineering outputs from natural-language intent
- Monitor - Watch resources such as S3 and security groups; email when drift warrants attention
- Advise - Recommend next steps with human-in-the-loop escalation when warranted
- Data engineering - Move from architecture understanding to implementable code paths
- VPC understanding - Clarify network and security-group posture for safer changes
- Marketplace entitlements and metering - Subscribe once; usage maps to entitled tiers
Why BeaCon Instead of Building It Yourself
Standing up a personal AWS engineering workflow manually means wiring permissions, monitoring, alerting, tenancy, and cleanup yourself. BeaCon consolidates create / monitor / advise into one governed experience so your team can focus on outcomes rather than plumbing.
How It Works
- Subscribe through AWS Marketplace and complete in-app registration
- Connect your buyer-scoped workspace (per-buyer tenant)
- Ask BeaCon to create artifacts, inspect VPC/SGs, or monitor resources
- Receive email on drift and HITL escalation when warranted
- Scale through Starter / Professional tiers or private Enterprise offers
Architecture and Security
BeaCon is a hosted personal AWS Assistant with Marketplace-linked registration, entitlement, and usage metering. Tenant isolation is enforced at the application layer. Credentials and secrets follow AWS best practices. Buyer application-plane resources remain in the buyer environment where applicable.
Example Use Case
A platform or application engineer uses BeaCon as a day-to-day AWS partner: create a change artifact, validate security-group impact, monitor an S3 bucket for unexpected drift, and get advised next steps - without standing up a custom agent runtime for every task.
Getting Started
Subscribe to BeaCon through AWS Marketplace, complete the in-app registration flow, and start creating, monitoring, and advising in minutes.
