    Dimensions summary

This contract-based listing combines a base charge with optional add-ons you select as needed. The Platform fee covers your core subscription, as defined in your contract. From there, you add capacity and features independently. The opportunities dimension covers volume above 300 co-sell opportunities per month. Propensity to Buy adds AI scoring to prioritize high-intent buyers. The CRM automation app lets you create private offers directly from your CRM. Additional Listing charges apply for each extra listing on the same cloud. You scale by adding only the components your team requires.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

An opportunity is a co-sell deal shared with the cloud provider through your CRM. The base covers up to 300 per month. The "More than 300 opportunities per month" dimension bills the extra volume above that threshold, letting you scale as your co-sell pipeline grows.
The Platform fee is your fixed base charge. The other dimensions bill independently on top of it: opportunity volume above 300 per month, Propensity to Buy scoring, the CRM automation app, and each Additional Listing on the same cloud. You pay only for the components you add.
An Additional Listing charge applies for every extra product listing you run on the same cloud beyond your base allotment. Labra connects to Marketplace APIs to manage listings, approvals, billing, and renewals. Each added listing you manage through the platform triggers this separate charge.

Automation has reduced manual data entry while configuration complexity still needs improvement

    Reviewed on Sep 01, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

Labra Platform connects with our CRM Salesforce and keeps my sales pipeline updated automatically without requiring my sales reps to leave the CRM environment.

A specific example of how Labra Platform helps with my sales pipeline and CRM integration is that it drastically reduces manual overhead by up to 90% in our manual data entry. It was a private offer and it gave me good billing and distribution reconciliation and significantly shrunk our transaction cycle times.

    What is most valuable?

The best features Labra Platform offers are strong onboarding, great expert support, and a powerful CRM integration into Salesforce, which we use.

The expert support from Labra Platform is one of its definite strengths, as it has a highly knowledgeable support team and it also provides smooth onboarding and high-quality assistance while navigating the complex process of cloud setups, especially with AWS.

Labra Platform has positively impacted my organization by providing a drastic reduction of manual overhead and helping automate our private offers. The specific outcome related to that reduction in overhead or automation is a 90% reduction in manual data entry time.

    What needs improvement?

Labra Platform can be improved as there is a pretty big learning curve that is steep, and I believe that to understand and properly configure and map custom data fields between Salesforce and other cloud portals, you need to have a solid grasp of both systems' underlying technical structures coming into the relationship with Labra Platform.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    Labra Platform is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Scalability for Labra Platform is not really an issue; it is infinitely scalable and can be comprehensive in all the needs that it meets, and it is powerful enough to integrate with any CRM out there.

How are customer service and support?

Customer service and support for Labra Platform is top-notch, and I have no issues there.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I did not previously use a different solution.

We did not evaluate other options before choosing Labra Platform.

    How was the initial setup?

The advice I would give to others looking into using Labra Platform is that there are definitely cheaper alternatives out there, so I would definitely consider something other than Labra Platform if you have a smaller budget.

    What was our ROI?

I think that we definitely need fewer employees because Labra Platform allows for automatic data entry instead of having to manually do it.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that it presents a pricing limitation for other companies that might be early-stage startups; it is not necessarily for small teams as it is pretty robustly priced.

What other advice do I have?

Labra Platform is a solid platform that does exactly as advertised, but it is just a hard thing to set up initially if you don't have a firm understanding coming into the relationship. I have no issues with Labra Platform's AI capabilities regarding governance and security. I have no questions or qualms about Labra Platform's accuracy and reliability of output with AI. I would rate Labra Platform a seven on a scale of one to ten.

Which deployment model are you using for this solution?

    Hybrid Cloud

If public cloud, private cloud, or hybrid cloud, which cloud provider do you use?

    Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Simplified AWS Marketplace and Co-Sell Management using Salesforce Integration

    Reviewed on Aug 18, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
From an admin perspective, Labra makes it much easier to connect our CRM workflows with AWS Marketplace and CoSell. The CRM integration and mapping capabilities are especially helpful because they allow us to map the required AWS fields directly to Salesforce fields without having to manage the process manually.

The CoSell functionality is also valuable for managing and submitting opportunities to AWS while keeping the process connected to our existing Salesforce workflows. It gives our sales and partner teams better visibility into the opportunity lifecycle and reduces the amount of duplicate data entry.

Labra provides a centralized platform for managing the AWS Marketplace listing process, which makes it easier for Salesforce and business teams to collaborate with the AWS/alliances team without needing to navigate multiple AWS systems for every step.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the configuration and mapping concepts can require an understanding of both Salesforce and AWS requirements. That said, the onboarding and support process makes it much easier to get through the setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra helps eliminate a lot of the manual work involved in managing AWS Marketplace and CoSell processes. The biggest benefit is being able to maintain Salesforce as the source of truth while integrating the information AWS requires.

This ultimately saves administrative time and makes it easier for our organization to scale our AWS Marketplace and co-selling motion without creating a large amount of additional operational overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
Labra takes a lot of the complexity out of working with AWS Marketplace. The platform makes it easier to understand what needs to be done, track the listing process, and manage the different requirements involved. The support from the team was also a big plus—they were responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us move things forward without unnecessary back-and-forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can take a little time to get familiar with when you first start using it, but once you understand it, it becomes quite straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AWS Marketplace has quite a few moving parts, especially around listing, AWS requirements, and ongoing marketplace operations. Labra helped us simplify these processes and avoid spending significant internal time figuring everything out ourselves. It gave us a more structured way to manage our AWS Marketplace journey and helped us get to market faster.
