Very Responsive and Provides Great Hands-on Support
What do you like best about the product?
The team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable in helping us update our AWS Marketplace listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I do not have any dislikes for what I use from Labra.

Labra team has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable in helping us update our AWS Marketplace listings and navigate the associated processes.
Fast AWS Onboarding and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Labra's product was very easy to use and it shortened our listing approval on the AWS Marketplace. The support from the Customer Success team was amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform will say locked by another user of someone on your team is making edits. A bit annoying but not a deal breaker. I'm not sure if co-editing is on the roadmap but would be a nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra enabled our organization to get listed on the AWS Marketplace way faster than if we did it on our own. Their teams knowledge helped us make edits to our listing and we got approved within 24 hours of submitting the listing to AWS for approval.
Seamless CRM to AWS sync
What do you like best about the product?
Labra offers good leads for CSMs and is very well integrated with salesforce. Its intelligence adds up with ML powered insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new features are in progress, but the early adapters should watch for updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recent enhancements include SSO, one click migrations. comprehensive help center with AI chatbot support is amazing.
Marketplace sales and CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Labra automatically synchronises listings and opportunity pipeline between marketplace and CRM systems. I should say about the labra intelligence which shows the AI scores buyer propensity across AWS
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major. Its a great tool, occasional mismatches between labra updates and partner schedules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its responsive support team is amazing, specially the onboarding is made effortless.
Reliable platform for Cloud Co-selling and Marketplace.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Labra’s Salesforce CRM Application for over two years now, and it provides exactly what we want the way we want it. Our teams can manage the complete Cloud Co-sell process without ever having to leave our Salesforce CRM, and it saves us plenty of time. Their support team is truly an asset to have by our side; they've helped us reshape our Cloud business and boost revenue with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
None, but the speed with which they bring new capabilities, sometimes we need to catch up with them. It is a good problem to have, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra saves our team several hours each week through automation and has helped us save on training costs. We’ve seen better engagement with Cloud hyperscalers' sales reps than ever before, resulting in revenue growth, all thanks to Labra.
Sales driven Cloud GTM platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Labra is its ability to simplify and accelerate the entire Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) process. The platform provides seamless integration with hyperscaler marketplaces like AWS and Azure, which significantly reduces the friction in listing, co-selling, and transacting cloud solutions. Labra's intuitive UI, automation of complex backend processes, and built-in visibility into sales pipelines make it an indispensable tool for both sales and operations teams. It’s not just a GTM platform, it’s a strategic enabler for scaling cloud revenue with precision and speed. Love the platform!!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Labra delivers significant value in simplifying Cloud GTM motions, there are a few areas where continued enhancements would make the experience even stronger. That said, the team has been highly responsive to feedback, and it’s clear that the platform is evolving rapidly based on user input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra is addressing one of the most complex challenges in cloud commerce: streamlining the Go-To-Market process across hyperscaler marketplaces like AWS and Azure. Traditionally, listing products, managing co-sell motions, and tracking pipeline progress with cloud providers required significant manual effort, lacked visibility, and created operational bottlenecks. Labra solves this by automating marketplace listings, simplifying co-sell collaboration, and providing a unified view of cloud revenue opportunities. This has directly benefited us by accelerating deal velocity, improving alignment with cloud partners, and enabling our teams to focus more on strategic growth rather than administrative tasks.
Labra - A great partner to get on the marketplace
What do you like best about the product?
The Labra team made the onboarding process seamless and easy to follow. They also found credit for us to leverage w/ AWS. They were responsive and having evaluated 3 different vendors, I left our discovery calls feeling most informed from my conversations with Labra.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about working with Labra, our initial submission to AWS was rejected but Labra was able to quickly help us resolve why because of some specific language that we had submitted that wasn't allowed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customers to be able to use their AWS credits as we grow our business.
Exceptional onboarding support for AWS Marketplace container listing
What do you like best about the product?
Labra combines a strong platform with an even stronger team. From day one, we felt fully supported. Parvathi, our Customer Success Manager, was incredibly proactive and ensured we were never left waiting. The onboarding journey can be long and complicated, especially for container products, but Labra’s team gave us clear instructions and full context at every step. Their support turned a complex AWS process into a smooth one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. It’s rare to find a product and a team that deliver so consistently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get our container-based product listed on AWS Marketplace, a process known to be tedious. Labra not only provided a user-friendly platform to manage the listing but also delivered continuous human support. Without their involvement, it would’ve taken us much longer and required more internal effort. Thanks to Labra, we’re now live, and would absolutely recommend them to any container ISVs considering AWS Marketplace.
Labra made container onboarding to AWS feel effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Labra is how hands-on and responsive the team is, especially during tricky container onboarding workflows. Our AWS Marketplace onboarding involved several blockers, but Labra's team, particularly Ashok on the technical front, walked us through every hurdle. Their guided onboarding and clear instructions turned what could have been a painful process into a streamlined and structured experience. The platform itself is intuitive, with everything we need to manage our listing in one comprehensive and user-friendly space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not much. Labra helped us navigate the strict requirements AWS has for containers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra helped us list our managed container product on AWS Marketplace. Without their support, the entire process would have been significantly more difficult and time-consuming. Their guidance meant we didn’t waste time going in circles with AWS. We now have full visibility into our listing's performance and lifecycle via Labra, and that’s a huge win. If you're a container ISV trying to get listed on AWS, I’d highly recommend Labra.
Best for Saas and ISV
What do you like best about the product?
As a part of CSM team Labra supports us by providing good leads. Also it is great in channelizing AWS marketplace. We use salesforce sales cloud for handling support and it has been integrated well with labra

There is nothing to dislike about Labra, sometimes. It would be great if it supports multiple integration with different communication tools
