    What is our primary use case?

    Our customers primarily use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup  for backing up Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Exchange  email, SharePoint  sites, OneDrive, and Teams data.

    What is most valuable?

    I find restoration and setup to be the most valuable features because they are easy to use, easy to find, and easy to set up for the first time. Restoration allows me to recover a single file or a whole library or folder quickly, with the option to restore to either the original location or a new location. The latest updates have improved user-friendliness, especially for business-to-business interactions, enabling me to handle backup restorations and setups efficiently for my customers.

    What needs improvement?

    Navigating through folders and finding files can be a bit slow, taking up to three to five seconds between clicks, which feels slow compared to the speed in SharePoint  or a browser. While this may depend on the data being loaded, speeding up this process would be an improvement.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been working with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup  for four years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    From my experience, the stability of Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is excellent.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    I find Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to be very scalable. There is no limit, and I pay for what I use. If I start storing more data, it accommodates without issues.

    How are customer service and support?

    The technical support from Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is excellent. They are responsive and have a strong relationship with their customers.

    Setting up an initial account involves some manual processes, which can feel outdated, but it may have been improved since my last setup. Once the account is set up, it works smoothly.

    The pricing for Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup can be considered moderate. It is around ÂŁ5 per user, which could be pricey for big companies, but backing up is essential when using Microsoft 365.

    What other advice do I have?

    What is our primary use case?

    The solution enables us to back up everything we have on OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.

    What is most valuable?

    The product enables us to restore lost files. It is like a security blanket. In case we lose our files, we can get it back. It is relatively easy to manage backups. The tool has a user-friendly interface. The solution covers most things.

    What needs improvement?

    The solution has its flaws. Locating and recovering files can be confusing. It takes us a little bit of time to find the file we're looking for.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using the solution for 12 months.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    I have had no issues with the tool’s stability. I rate the stability a ten out of ten.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    I rate the tool’s scalability a ten out of ten. We have two users.

    Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

    We used Veeam before to back up our cloud on-premise. We switched to Barracuda because Veeam became expensive.

    I rate the ease of setup a seven out of ten.

    The price is reasonable compared to other products. Veeam cost us GBP 7000. Barracuda costs us GBP 1500 per year.

    People should try using the solution. It is a good product. Overall, I rate the product a nine out of ten.

    What is our primary use case?

    We use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for API integration during data backup.

    What is most valuable?

    The product's most valuable feature is the backup retention policy. Customers can have unlimited retention with the user-level license.

    What needs improvement?

    They should adapt to new parameters as the market grows. They must identify entities or market parameters after COVID-19 situations and upgrade the product.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for approximately two years. My company has been working for more than ten years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    The solution performs well using API integration with primarily incremental parameters.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    We recommend Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup for small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises but not for dedicated large enterprises.

    How was the initial setup?

    A customer can start using Barracuda by first obtaining a license. Once the license is activated, customers can load their data into the product. The documented article contains the steps for implementation. It takes 45 minutes to deploy. However, the backup time may vary depending on the amount of data. For example, a customer with 100GB of data per user may experience a backup time of an hour.

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    The product's pricing is based on the customer's needs because every customer is different. Depending on the case, we can make the deal per the customer's budget. We cannot commit to a price for the customer. However, once the seats have been increased, the number of licenses will also increase, making it more economical.

    What other advice do I have?

    The platform is good for any customer who is moving to Barracuda products. Its portfolio has been growing and evolving quickly. It is a full-featured vendor that can provide a good solution for various needs.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Simple interface to use, understandable for all M365 data. The plus: unlimited retention.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Backup report errors are not always clear, at the same time it only happened once and Barracuda support answered my question.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    This has resolved my backup needs around Microsoft's M365 solution, easy to implement, it allows for the recovery of documents accidentally deleted.
