With the shift towards headless and composable architectures with multiple systems of record and the explosion of the number of customer touch points, marketers have lost the ability to personalize and contextualize experiences in a centralized manner. The control over who sees what content when and where falls squarely into the hands of the developer. Conscia brings this control back in the hands of the marketer.
Highlights
Personalize and tailor experiences on every channel: Conscia returns control back in the hands of business users with a centralized UI to control personalization and A/B testing for all your channels and touch points, not just your website. With a headless experience orchestration engine, you can now personalize your experiences on every channel including mobile, email, SMS, kiosks, digital displays and more.
A/B Testing and Optimization: With Conscia, you can effectively optimize your content and design to better connect with your audience on all channels, not just your website. With server-side A/B testing, you no longer have to worry about the flicker on the front-end typical of client-side A/B testing approaches.
Understand how your experiences are performing: Track behavioural signals as your customer interacts with your content and experiences and use powerful insights offered by Conscia to determine how best to optimize your customer experience for every customer.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose between two contract tiers: Starter and Accelerate. Both bundle the same four usage units together—API calls, users, connections, and consumers. The tiers differ in the volume included for each unit. Starter includes 250K API calls, 5 users, 3 connections, and 5 consumers. Accelerate raises every unit: 1M API calls, 10 users, 10 connections, and 10 consumers. Pricing scales as a fixed package, so you pick the tier that matches your expected usage across all four units rather than buying each unit separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one "connection" and one "consumer" for billing?
A connection is an integration to a backend system like a CMS, CRM, CDP, loyalty, marketing automation, or commerce platform. A consumer is a downstream channel or application that receives orchestrated data, such as web, mobile, in-store, or an AI agent. Each system linked and each destination fed counts separately.
What happens if we exceed the API call volume included in our tier?
Both tiers bundle a set volume of API calls—250K for Starter and 1M for Accelerate. The marketplace listing does not specify overage rates or behavior once you pass the included volume. To learn how usage above your tier is handled, contact the vendor directly.
Which unit should drive our tier choice when the four units combine?
Each tier bundles four units together as a fixed package: API calls, users, connections, and consumers. You do not buy units separately. Pick the tier where every unit meets your needs. If any single unit, such as API call volume or connection count, exceeds Starter's limits, you move up to Accelerate.
