Buildsimple is a cloud platform for intelligent document processing (IDP). It automatically classifies, analyzes, and reads documents, turning them into structured information that can be transferred to downstream and automate processes.
Depending on requirements, the platform can be supplemented with additional AI modules such as anonymization, deletion and handwriting recognition, summaries, content/context analysis (including sentiment), and object and image analysis (including recognition of manipulated and AI-generated images).
Put simply, Buildsimple separates documents, recognizes the document type, extracts relevant information, and transfers it to the target systems as structured data via API. This allows even large quantities of documents to be processed more efficiently, even with high volumes and complex document types. The result is accurate data, automated processes, and more freedom for your core business. What do you like best about the product?
the ease of automating monotonous tasks which will reduce time consumed and cost as well.

currently, the process is going well, and don't see any dislike as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have implemented it in onboarding customers digitally while capturing and verifying IDs and KYC. this has made a huge time-saving and cost-efficient tool in the process

What do you like best about the product?
Simplification has proven to be useful for dealing with invoices and contracts at Buildsimple. This feat is made possible by the AI employed in document classification, enabling my documents to be placed in the right category without any interference from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Buildsimple, there is not much option for alteration when dealing with data extraction. It also had problems with parsing fine details in some of our more specific contract formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Buildsimple, I personally have cut a lot of time on document processing. The AI for classification saves lots of time and the system is user-friendly, which is good for everyone in my team.
