Cypago’s innovative technology combined with the dedicated and professional team helped our company reach its goals. I track the compliance gaps every day with Cypago. With Cypago integrations it is easy to use. The journey with Cypago is combined with a great customer success.

There are many integrations that provide out of the box but we need more integrations.

Cypago’s approach to risk management is exceptional. The security risk matrix isn’t just another feature, it’s a key tool that helps us assess and prioritize risks efficiently. Previously, our approach was more reactive, but now this matrix provides real-time insights that help us stay ahead of potential issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It has turned our SOC2 compliance from a nightmare into something we can handle without freaking out. It plugs right into our cloud services and code libraries, making everything smoother and faster. Before, compliance took forever. Now, it's just part of what we do, and it doesn't mess up our day-to-day. I also need to give a shout-out to their support team. They're super quick to help out and really know their stuff, which makes a huge difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
While their integration library is comprehensive, there are a couple of gaps for tools we use. I’ve requested support, so we’ll see if they add them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cypago helps to make SOC2 compliance easier, without letting it take over everything else we're doing. The automation and how it works with our existing tools means less grunt work and fewer mistakes. Basically, we can stay on top of compliance without it slowing us down, letting us focus on the bigger picture stuff. Plus, it helps us ensure that we're doing the whole security and compliance thing smarter, not harder.

Right from the start, Cypago's team impressed us with their responsiveness and dedication. Whether we needed clarification on compliance requirements or assistance with the platform, their customer care was always quick to respond, ensuring smooth communications throughout. Further, using the platform is easy. Our team appreciated the straightforward setup process, which allowed us to get up and running with minimal hassle. I also appreciate the integrations. Cypago integrates with various other tools and systems we use - this was a game changer. It not only streamlined our compliance process but also automated several aspects of evidence collection and control management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cypago has a long list of integrations, but some more niches ones are missing. More integrations would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary challenge was managing the SOC 2 process efficiently with limited resources. Cypago helped to address this by providing a streamlined, easy-to-navigate platform that simplified evidence collection and especially user access reviews. Closing our security posture gaps, compiling documents and collaborating with auditors became much easier, allowing us to focus more on our core business. Additionally, the integration capabilities and policy templates offered by Cypago were helpful when setting up our initial security processes, laying a strong foundation for our ongoing cyber compliance ops.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very clear, there is a clear set up of what you need to do, what controls are required. The platform also takes the company status into account when selecting the controls to face.
Integrations help a lot in knocking down some of the controls and picking up evidence with no manual labor from the user side. Integerations also help to specify what exactly needs to be fixed in order to be complient with the control.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if Cypago had a more clear remediation steps in some of the controls. It does say what is the problem ,and what specific component needs to be fixed, but it's not always clear how to fix it.

We are using it to go through soc2 compliance process.
