Znuny - Preconfigured Helpdesk and Ticketing Server
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

See AWS Free Tier for more details. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for the EC2 instance size you run this preconfigured helpdesk appliance on. The software itself carries no separate license fee. Each dimension maps to one AWS instance type, so pricing scales with the compute, memory, and storage you select. General-purpose (m and t families) suit balanced workloads. Compute-optimized (c families) favor processing power. Storage and memory-optimized options (i7i and r8i families) handle heavier data or memory needs. Sizes range from nano and micro up to 2xlarge. Choose the instance that fits your ticket volume; billing follows AWS metered hours.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Am I charged for the software when my EC2 instance is stopped?
The software itself carries no separate license fee, so you pay only for the running instance. When the instance is stopped, hourly software metering pauses. AWS may still charge for attached storage while the instance is stopped. Note that stopped AWS servers change their IP address on restart unless you attach an Elastic IP.
What does one hourly unit actually cover for this appliance?
Each hourly unit maps to one running EC2 instance of the type you selected. You run one preconfigured helpdesk server per instance. The rate reflects that instance's compute, memory, and storage. You are billed per metered hour the instance runs, across the family and size you choose.
Which instance size should I pick, and can I change it later?
Match the instance family and size to your ticket volume and agent count. Smaller sizes like nano and micro suit light use; larger sizes handle heavier data or memory needs. You can migrate to a different instance type later. The bundled backup and restore tool helps move your configuration between servers.
