Observability gives you full visibility into your APIs, agents, and workflows with real-time metrics, logs, and traces. Built on open standards, it helps you detect issues fast, understand root causes, and optimize performance across your systems.
Observability delivers real-time insights into the health and performance of your systems, APIs, and agents- all in one place. With powerful dashboards, flexible queries, and visualizations, it gives engineering and platform teams the tools they need to monitor infrastructure, debug issues, and optimize system behavior at scale.
Out of the box, it supports logs, metrics, and traces- enabling deep correlation across layers of your stack. Whether you are tracking latency spikes in workflows, API error rates, or infrastructure bottlenecks, Observability makes it easy to slice through the noise and zero in on what matters. Integrations with Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and other common sources ensure a plug-and-play experience for most environments.
Designed for both reactive troubleshooting and proactive monitoring, Observability helps you move from fire-fighting to insight-driven operations. With role-based access, alerting, and templated dashboards, it is ready for teams of any size to gain visibility without friction.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Observability uses a single usage-based pricing dimension. You pay based on the amount of data you ingest, measured in megabytes (MB). Your cost scales directly with the volume of metrics, logs, and trace data you send into the platform. There are no separate tiers or fixed seat charges. As your ingested data grows, your billing rises in proportion to that volume. This structure lets your spend track actual data usage across your environments and teams.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as ingested data for billing in megabytes?
Ingested data is any telemetry you send into Observability, measured in megabytes. This includes metrics, logs, and trace data from your connected sources. Data from time series stores, tracing systems, log stores, and relational databases all count toward the total volume once it enters the platform.
Does connecting more data sources or teams increase my cost directly?
Cost is tied to ingested data volume in megabytes, not the number of sources, dashboards, or teams. You can mix multiple source types and share dashboards across environments and tenants. Your bill rises only as the total volume of data you send into the platform grows.
If my data volume grows, does my rate change automatically?
Billing scales in direct proportion to ingested megabytes. There are no separate tiers or thresholds to cross, so no manual upgrade is needed. As you send more data, your charge increases based on the added volume. Lower volume months reduce the charge accordingly.
