Pricing splits into two groups. Three base packages set your starting scope. Two give you full platform access, differing by the number of users, keywords, and information requests included. The third drops platform access and instead sends weekly email alerts with a smaller keyword allowance. Each covers one domain. Five usage add-ons let you expand a base package: extra keywords in blocks of 25, an added domain, an added user, an extra Request for Information for a threat or topic, and a takedown request. You pay per unit as your monitoring needs grow.

A keyword is a term the platform monitors across the surface, deep, and dark web, such as a brand name or executive name. When you outgrow your included keywords, you buy add-on blocks of 25 keywords each. You pay per block as your monitoring list grows.
An RFI is a request for deeper analysis on a specific threat or topic you want investigated. A takedown request initiates removal of harmful content, like fake social accounts, impersonation domains, or infringing material. Each is billed per request, so you add them as needs arise.
