Dimensions summary
You choose one contract tier: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Each tier covers a set allotment of monitored domains, user licenses, and tracked keywords. Silver covers one domain and ten keywords. Gold and Platinum raise those allotments and add included Requests for Information. Five separate add-ons let you scale beyond your tier. You can add keyword blocks of 25, extra domains, extra user licenses, more Requests for Information, or per-request takedown services. You pay for each add-on unit you need, so pricing grows with your monitoring scope.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A keyword is a term the platform tracks across surface, deep, and dark web sources for exposures tied to your organization. Silver includes 10 keywords; Gold includes 50; Platinum includes 100. To scale further, buy the keyword add-on, which grants an extra 25 keywords per unit purchased.
An RFI is a request for deeper analysis on a specific threat or topic. Gold and Platinum each include one RFI. Silver includes none. If you need additional RFIs, you purchase the RFI add-on, paying per extra request. Each add-on unit covers one more Request for Information.
Takedown service is not bundled into Silver, Gold, or Platinum. It is a separate add-on billed per request. Each takedown request you submit is charged individually, so you pay only for the removals you initiate against impersonation, fraud, or infringing content.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the dark web and brand monitoring. It makes it easy to quickly spot threats such as fake domains or data leaks, without having to dig around too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attack surface should also start focusing on Security for AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My overall experience with DeCYFIR has been good. It really helps in tracking external threats like phishing domains and leaked data. It saves a lot of manual effort, though sometimes we still need to validate alerts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides everything that is currently happening in the cyber world and shows real-world data. Another thing I like is the data representation and the colour combination used to highlight important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding an Agentic AI capability to DeCYFIR could help improve proactive threat analysis, streamline workflows, and make the platform more effective overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a decent experience a user it provides everything in one place, so new users don't need to compare things. It provides decent data for clients and helps manage things well. I like the small features like score patterns and the highlight system. For first-time users it feels a little bit messy but once you start using it the data representation looks good.

What i like most about this product is that Compromised Account / Asset(PII CII), and Attack surface-Cloud weakness and Risk Dossier (IOC, Malware, campaign & Threat actor)

Cloud bucket coverage, Confidential files exposure basis the classification on the platforms that are popular in the client's geo is missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one platform different types of cybersecurity intelligence, it makes easy to monitor. Tracking leaked credentials,dark web mentions, exposed assets lik sensitive data. The alerts are also useful and all are configurable based on user roles. it became very helpful for day-to-day threat monitoring. And cyber education is also useful for security awareness.

1. The way incidents are presented makes it easy to understand without much deep digging and saves a lot of time for analysis. From vulnerabilities, exposed assets to ransomware and impersonations/fakings/leaks, it covers a wide range of threat areas with dynamic suggestions.

For the past year, we have been using DeCYFIR as our primary threat intelligence platform, and it's been a good experience. The product has alerts and IOCs to areas like ransomware, deepfake videos accuracy calculation, Domain monitoring, weak certificates, zero-day vulnerabilities, Impersonations, open ports and many more.
It helps us to identify risks early, before they turn into bigger issues. The details of each and every incident are clearly described so that the user will be able to understand the impact and take appropriate actions by analysing the severity. In addition, Decyfir has an integration option to push the data to different cybersecurity tools "
