Engagement Manager Contributor Pooled User (vendor user, limited contributor role) *implementation requires professional services
$2,820.00
EM Contributor Named User
Engagement Manager (ex. Pre-Qual) Named User Subscription User (admin, manager, executive reviewer/approver, etc.) *implementation requires professional services
This contract splits pricing into two role types. Contributor subscriptions cover limited vendor-user roles and scale by headcount across six tiers: up to 25, 100, 250, 500, 1000, and unlimited contributors. You pick the tier that matches your expected contributor count. A separate Contributor Pooled User option lets you buy contributor access as shared, floating seats instead of fixed tiers. The Named User subscription covers assigned roles like admins, managers, and executive reviewers or approvers. Every option requires professional services for implementation, priced separately. You mix Contributor and Named User units to fit your team.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between a Contributor user and a Named User for billing?
A Contributor is a limited vendor-user role, such as a supplier uploading documents or invoices. A Named User covers assigned internal roles like admins, managers, and executive reviewers or approvers. You buy each type separately and combine them to match your team's mix of roles.
How do the tiered Contributor packages differ from the Contributor Pooled User option?
Tiered packages set a headcount cap you pick up front: 25, 100, 250, 500, 1000, or unlimited contributors. The Pooled User option instead gives shared, floating access counted per unit rather than a fixed ceiling. Choose tiers for known counts and pooled seats for flexible, rotating contributor access.
Is implementation included in the subscription price, or is it billed separately?
Every Contributor and Named User option requires professional services for implementation, priced separately from the subscription. These services cover onboarding, permission setup, template configuration, and training. Authorium uses a phased approach, starting with agency leaders and procurement officers before onboarding remaining users.
