What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, multiple configurations available for use cases, enhancements can be done based on the use cases feasibility
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about this feature. There can be minute bugs which will be resolved in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engage+ solved the problem of sending communication after event triggered. Along with their other products I wouldn't have had to use a 3rd party service again.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of this tool is the ease of managing campaign and segmenting the customers with the loyalty filter. It is very intuitive and helpful in managing the campaigns. Any type of marketing activity be it personalised offer communication, use of custom tags for communicating various stores address or name of customer this has all the features available in it.The tool is quite intuitive in terms of configuring the campaigns and checking the scripts and target base for the marketing activity of the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases the loyalty filter is not sufficient for segmenting customers and also A/B tests are not useful. ROI output comes absurd and not convincing enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made targeting customers for marketing activity very easy and also various personalised coupon based offers can be run through increased conversion metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for campaigns for marketing activity or to enhance your organization's sales. The UI is really easy to use and makes your job done without much hassle.
