Conversational Analytics and Interaction Orchestration Performance
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing option: Joulica Standard, sold as a contract. You buy it in units, and you choose the quantity you need. Because it is a single dimension, there are no tiers or size upgrades to compare. Your cost scales with the number of units you commit to under the contract term. This deployment covers the customer journey analytics platform, which brings interaction and operational data across channels into one real-time view. To size the right number of units for your operation, contact the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Joulica Standard represent for billing?
The marketplace table lists the price per unit but does not spell out what a single unit maps to, such as an agent seat, a channel, or a data volume. To confirm how units are counted for your operation, contact the vendor.
What does the Joulica Standard deployment include across my contact center channels?
The Standard deployment brings interaction and operational data across channels into one real-time view. It covers customer journey analytics spanning voice, digital, bots, self-service, and assisted interactions. It integrates with contact center, CRM, and digital platforms to map friction points and repeat contact drivers.
Does the contract charge a fixed amount, or does cost vary with my usage?
Joulica Standard is sold as a contract billed per unit. You commit to a quantity at purchase, so your cost is fixed by the number of units you select. It does not meter live usage or scale automatically. To add units, contact the vendor.

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
Version release notes
This version updates the base containers to remove all base-image CVEs.

Real-time dashboards have improved agent monitoring and support decisions
Reviewed on Sep 18, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer
What is our primary use case?
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is primarily used for real-time dashboards and metrics. A specific example of how I use Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics for real-time dashboards and metrics is for queue statistics, agent presence, total hold time, and other call metrics. Having those real-time dashboards for queue status and agent presence helps my team or organization day-to-day because we use this data to make informed decisions on agent training and other matters.
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is used by supervisors to monitor the agents and give required support for the agents to do their job better.
What is most valuable?
The best features Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics offers include being API-driven, allowing us to customize what we want to see on the dashboard to make quick decisions and get the team running.
It is straightforward for my team to customize the dashboards using those API-driven features because the views are straightforward, so supervisors are able to do their customization on their own without needing to know code-level information.
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics has positively impacted my organization because we are using Genesis Pulse, a very comprehensive tool to understand the everyday activity of an agent and monitor them continuously. When we moved to Amazon Connect, we looked for a similar kind of tool and figured out Joulica could provide similar metrics. We adapted Joulica, which is quite good so far.
Since switching to Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics, I have seen specific outcomes such as improved productivity, and it is easy to monitor agents and help them perform their jobs effectively.
What needs improvement?
The only problem I see with Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is version control. It is not a kind of SaaS product where new features are automatically available overnight, so there is version control that we need to manually update, differing from the Genesis world.
My recommendation is to have automatic updates and global feature availability. Whenever there is a new version available, it should be globally available to everybody without requiring any manual action, as I want to see Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics as a SaaS product instead of having our own version control at the organization level.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics for the past two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is stable in my experience.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have a very big contact center, and Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics' scalability is pretty good because we are able to scale it as per our needs.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support for Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is good.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I previously used a different solution, specifically Genesis Engage on-prem, and we switched because when we started migrating to Amazon Connect, we looked for a live monitoring tool that was not readily available, and we found Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics to be a more significant product that could help us replace Pulse.
What was our ROI?
I can say we are just replacing Pulse with Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics, and compared to Pulse, the productivity increase is about five percent.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics, we evaluated a couple of other options, including the out-of-the-box solution from Amazon and Power BI, but found that Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics' real-time reporting was better than those products.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is that it is a very good product. If you are on an Amazon Connect platform and need a good real-time monitoring tool to monitor agents and call metrics, Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is one of the very good products available in the market today.
I think you can improve this interview by making it shorter and also providing some prep before the call, as some questions require thought and I do not have time to streamline my answers instantly. I prefer a form-based approach where I can think and type my responses, or checking my preference before starting this call would be helpful. I have given this review an overall rating of eight.

Advanced analytics has improved contact reporting but needs clearer setup and security guidance
Reviewed on Jul 01, 2026
Review from a verified AWS customer
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is for custom reporting and connecting the raw data, where I can query with SQL or use my BI tool, for example, Power BI.
An example of how I use Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics for custom reporting or connecting raw data involves projects that include contact center analytics dashboards, where I set up the instance on Amazon Connect. It contains different contact flows and conversation analytics, with set recording analytics and different types of parameters. The data analytics lake was set up using the S3 Parquet format bucket.
What is most valuable?
Some of the best features I appreciate about Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics include the connection between different tools and integration, for example, with the S3 bucket, as well as other analytics features that include the data lake, reporting, and insights, plus the ability to query with human query reporting, such as NLP tooling.
The large data stored in Amazon S3 buckets is easy to manage, which helps me in my work.
One additional feature I would value is that even basic NLP analytics allow you to ask questions and get answers.
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics has positively impacted my organization, as it was involved in one of the projects I conducted with near real-time analytics and various tools, all consolidated in a single place.
For customer support analytics, the query response time was reduced by approximately 30 to 35 percent.
What needs improvement?
There are certain things about Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics, such as security, that I am uncertain about. The person who set it up mentioned that it is somewhat complex, and the learning curve is steep, making it not very easy to use or quickly configure, as it takes time.
I would suggest providing more tutorials and technical documentation, especially for first-time users.
I appreciate the product, but the complexity is somewhat high and it takes time to learn.
Regarding Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics's AI capabilities, I am not entirely certain about how secure it is or what kind of implementation or certification they follow, though I believe HIPAA is one of them.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics for about two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
In my experience, Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is decent and stable enough.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics can be scalable because it is hosted on AWS, so it should be easily scalable.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is the first solution I have used.
How was the initial setup?
Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is deployed in my organization on S3, so it is a private cloud.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
The evaluation of other options was not my decision; I was simply deployed on the project.
What other advice do I have?
The main thing I wanted to add about my day-to-day use of Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics is that it is connected with Amazon's BI tool, QuickSight.
I would advise others looking into using Joulica Amazon Connect Analytics to start with a trial, then create a small project, conduct a POC, and if they find it suitable, they can continue.
I would rate this product a 7 out of 10.

Sentiment insights have improved our help desk service and reduced management overhead

Review from a verified AWS customer
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Amazon Connect Analytics is for our help desk service, where we're trying to analyze the interactions that our customers have in order to provide better services.
One specific example of how I use Amazon Connect Analytics for our help desk service is the sentiment analysis, which helps us identify if the reason a client requests help is because, for example, a client who always calls is upset. Something is really bad with the service he's receiving or the equipment he's using. Based on that, we can create specific plans to help them, which has helped us considerably and has also helped us determine which services the clients are using more. Those are two basic examples.
What is most valuable?
The best features Amazon Connect Analytics offers include the information that comes in real-time and the dashboards, which are very useful, easy to use, and very easy to show to the final client and end user.
When my team uses the dashboards from Amazon Connect Analytics, we have to see the information from different perspectives, so it's not one specific dashboard or one specific metric that stands out for us.
The information we get from Amazon Connect Analytics helps us not only with the current service but also in creating new services and for the renovation of the service when it comes, making it very helpful.
What needs improvement?
Regarding how Amazon Connect Analytics can be improved, the maturity level of our clients is fine with Amazon Connect's base, and I think as we navigate the gigantic world, we'll see some business use cases that are going to be much more specific.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Amazon Connect Analytics for approximately a year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Amazon Connect Analytics is stable, and so far, I have experienced no problems.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of Amazon Connect Analytics has been pretty easy and friendly so far.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support for Amazon Connect Analytics is great.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I did not previously use a different solution.
How was the initial setup?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was pretty good as it was easy and very clear.
What about the implementation team?
Customization with Amazon Connect Analytics has been pretty easy, as our implementation team picked up the bar and the line very fast, so it's pretty good.
What was our ROI?
We have seen a return on investment with Amazon Connect Analytics as we have reduced the number of managers that we need, making us much more cost-efficient.
A specific outcome we've seen from Amazon Connect Analytics is an improvement in customer satisfaction that we measure every six months, which has improved significantly.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing was pretty good as it was easy and very clear.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
Before choosing Amazon Connect Analytics, we evaluated other options such as Larigo and some other in-house solutions from various providers, but nothing relevant came out of it.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Amazon Connect Analytics is to evaluate how easy it is to grow in this service, because it's not only about the features but also how easy you can move between them, and I think the service is very strong in that regard.
I have no additional thoughts about Amazon Connect Analytics; I just think it's very interesting that you can keep growing on use cases, which will make it even easier. I would rate this product a 9 overall.

Analytics have improved agent performance tracking and now support better sentiment insights
Reviewed on Dec 03, 2025
Review from a verified AWS customer
What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Amazon Connect Analytics is for agent time, including the times they are engaging with customers, and their reviews and analytics. We also send that data to our team to find out information.
A specific example of how I use Amazon Connect Analytics in my day-to-day work is whenever a recent case is opened; I go and check the analytics, looking at how the performance or reviews and how the sentiment analysis are working these days.
What is most valuable?
The best features Amazon Connect Analytics offers include the filtering out and the visualization of agents and the data transition.
What I appreciate about the visualization and data transition features is that it provides a user interface that is easy to use. Instead of going and searching and running the queries manually, visualization and easy filtration help us.
Amazon Connect Analytics has positively impacted my organization, with noticeable changes in efficiency and customer experience.
We introduced AI-generated responses in chat, so we have better AI-generated responses and specific responses from feedback. We can see that from the analytics and the sentiment analysis across the board.
With the sentiment analysis and feedback, I've seen measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and efficiency, increasing by about ten percent more than before.
What needs improvement?
Amazon Connect Analytics is good; I don't have anything regarding how it can be improved.
I chose eight out of ten because there could be more generic functionalities and giving specific responses. I'm expecting more AI-related responses, natural language processing, or the visualization.
For how long have I used the solution?
I've been using Amazon Connect Analytics for about two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Amazon Connect Analytics is stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

How are customer service and support?
The customer support for Amazon Connect Analytics is quite good.
How would you rate customer service and support?
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
Before Amazon Connect Analytics, we were using some Genesis features, but I'm not sure exactly which ones.
What was our ROI?
I've seen a return on investment, as fewer integrations will not need our specific employees.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
I purchased Amazon Connect Analytics through the AWS Marketplace, and my experience has been good.
Regarding pricing, setup cost, and licensing, I think it's good, but I'm not sure about the specifics.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I wasn't aware of other options evaluated before choosing Amazon Connect Analytics.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Amazon Connect Analytics is to look for positive feedback. I rated this product eight out of ten. I found this interview to be good; there's nothing I think you should change for the future.
