What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Workday HCM application is smooth for requesting leave. It provides immediate visibility to managers and no friction for us as employees. These aspects significantly enhance the user experience and facilitate leave management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration is complex and the interface sometimes has bugs, which can be quite frustrating.

What I like best about Workday HCM is having payroll in one place. Employee self-service is a big plus, because staff can update their details without contacting HR, which saves our team time. The approval workflows are quick for managers.

Workday HCM reduces the admin burden on HR. Staff can update their own details through self-service, so records stay current without HR having to process routine changes. Keeping employee data and payroll in one system helps ensure the information is accurate and consistent. The reporting gives me direct access to the data I need, which speeds up decisions and saves time chasing information from other teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the push notifications from Workday HCM as they remind me of tasks that are due. The link to learning modules is also really useful because it allows me to ensure all required training is up to date. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the menus in Workday HCM aren’t as intuitive as they could be, especially when navigating from the home page into talent and goal management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workday HCM helps by tracking and providing regular updates on employee goals. I also appreciate the push notifications that remind me of tasks due and the useful link to learning modules for keeping training up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Workday HCM keeps everything in one place and makes it easy to use. It saves me time by providing quick access to PTO, benefits, payroll information, performance reviews, and personal information without having to contact HR. I appreciate being able to submit requests and track approvals directly in Workday. The ability to view the work organization chart helps me identify who to reach out to for help. Overall, Workday HCM helps manage HR tasks more efficiently by keeping approvals and information organized, allowing me to focus on other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface of Workday HCM can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Navigating through it isn't always straightforward, and it takes a few extra steps to find specific items, especially if they're not something I use all the time. The search function isn't the best either; it could definitely be more intuitive and give more relevant results. Adding a feature where you could talk to a mic instead of typing could make searches a lot easier. Plus, simplifying some of the menus and workflows would really help make the whole thing faster and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Workday HCM simplifies managing HR tasks by centralizing everything like personal info, payroll, and PTO requests in one place. It saves time, organizes approvals, and makes routine tasks manageable without HR interaction.
