What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it’s the sense of togetherness that brings everything together from a company management perspective. Most importantly, it offers agility, which helps it adapt to changing business needs quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu system is fairly complex, and at times it can be difficult to navigate to a specific menu I’m looking for. Because of that, a new user will likely need a bit of training to get comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workday HCM directly solves the problem of system fragmentation by replacing disconnected HR software databases with a single, cloud-native platform. For organizations, this solves administrative friction, operational blind spots, and manual paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Workday HCM for its ease of use and user-friendly interface. It's very easy to navigate, and the pages and drop-downs are pleasing to the eyes. The initial setup was also very simple. It makes accessing human resources information easy for all employees.

What do you like best about the product?
It puts all your HR, payroll, and hiring info in one spot so tasks like onboarding and performance reviews pretty much run on autopilot. Plus, employees can just hop on their phone or laptop to update their details, request time off, and pick their benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workday is expensive to set up and maintain, and you'll almost certainly need high-priced consultants every time you want to change a workflow. So in general, the onboarding takes some time and it's not inexpensive. On top of that, everyday users often find the interface clunky and click-heavy, especially for simple manager approvals and job applications..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workday brings all your messy, disconnected HR and payroll systems into one place, so any update to an employee instantly syncs everywhere without manual work. It gives leaders a clear, real-time look at total headcount and labor costs across the entire company instead of making them stitch together endless spreadsheets. Plus, it automates routine busywork like time-off approvals and onboarding, taking a massive administrative headache off HR’s plate.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s an all-in-one solution for our company to keep all employee information in one place. We’ve been using it for over eight years now, and it has been a good decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to get setup and the learning curve it took to have it implemented took longer than expected. It is so customized that there isn't a lot of help when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of our information in on central location and it is secure. The data security is important and having them adjusted to our company culture was very vital.

I like the easy-to-use interface of Workday HCM, which makes it a user-friendly solution. I also appreciate the new features, especially the ability to click into and edit data within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage space in Workday HCM is limited for a growing business, which can be a hurdle as we ran out of space with the complexity of our entity structure for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workday HCM for financial forecasting. It has an easy-to-use interface, making it user-friendly. The ability to click into and edit data is beneficial.
