AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract-based listing uses two connected pricing dimensions built around API usage. You start with a Minimum Base API allowance credit, which is the minimum charge covering a set allocation of API units. When your usage passes that included allowance, the Additional API usage dimension applies. You pay for each extra unit beyond the base allocation. This structure sets a baseline cost while letting your spend scale with actual API volume. The service delivers device-based fraud detection through APIs and SDKs, so both dimensions measure the same underlying API activity.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one API unit for billing purposes?
A unit measures a single API call to the fraud intelligence service. Each request that returns device intelligence, such as checking a device or account, counts toward your allocation. The service is called through APIs and SDKs available for Android, iOS, and common mobile frameworks.
What happens to my cost when API usage exceeds the base allowance?
You pay the Minimum Base API allowance credit as a baseline charge covering a set number of units. Once your calls pass that included allocation, the Additional API usage dimension applies. You are then billed for each extra unit beyond the base. This transition follows your actual API volume.
How do the two dimensions combine on my invoice?
Both dimensions measure the same API activity. The Minimum Base API allowance credit sets a fixed floor charge. The Additional API usage adds on top only when you exceed the included units. The base applies every billing period; the additional charge appears only when your volume runs over.

Shield Delivers Modern AI based Surveillance and Fast Archive

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Shield is that it feels like a platform that was built around real compliance workflows. We use it for both archive and surveillance, and it’s been a lot easier to manage compared to our previous vendor.
The surveillance side gives us more meaningful alerts with less noise, and search/retrieval on the archive side is quick when we need to investigate something or respond to requests. The UI also feels much more modern than a lot of legacy tools in this space.
Honestly, another big difference has been the team behind the product. Support and account management have been very responsive, and it feels like they actually listen to feedback and understand the challenges compliance teams deal with day to day. That was a huge improvement from the larger vendor we used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and configuration took some time, since we have a larger enterprise environment with multiple communication channels and policies to map out. However, once everything was in place, it has been running well, and the extra effort upfront has definitely been worth it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shield primarily addresses the challenge of managing and monitoring communications across multiple channels without relying on separate tools for archiving, surveillance, and investigations. Previously, much of the workflow felt fragmented and more reactive than it needed to be.
For us, the biggest gains have been improved visibility and quicker turnaround when reviewing potential risk or responding to regulatory requests. The surveillance features help surface the conversations that genuinely need attention, rather than overwhelming teams with irrelevant alerts. At the same time, having centralized access to the archive makes investigations and audits far more efficient.
It has also reduced operational overhead for the compliance team, since we’re dealing with less manual effort and fewer disconnected systems than we had in our prior setup.
