Gen AI Roadmap Accelerator

Phase 1: Review and Kickoff (3 days)  

• Understand the client's business and industry on a high level.  

• Preliminary data gathering on the client's current AI initiatives (if any), and usage of AWS services, especially those related to AI  

• Define the RACI matrix as R: Encora AI Strategy Lead, A: Client CTO/CIO, C: Encora Industry Expert, Technical AI Specialist, Client Head of AI/Data/Analytics, Chief Strategy Officer I: Client Business Unit Leaders  

• We perform the following activities as part of phase 1   

• Introduction to the Generative AI Roadmap Accelerator  

• Overview of the 5-level maturity model  

• Assessment of current state maturity for each Key Process Area  

1. Model Lifecycle  

2. Deployment Operations  

3. Human-AI Collaboration  

4. Governance & Ethics  

5. Innovation & Emerging Techniques  

6. Industry-specific KPAs (e.g., Product Development, Marketing & Distribution, Customer Service)  

• Gap analysis between current and target state   

• Review of organizational strategy and goals   

• Identification of target maturity levels for each KPA   

• Prioritization of process areas based on potential impact  

Deliverables from Phase 1:  

• Current & target state maturity assessment for each KPA  

• Gap analysis document  

• Workshop summary and next steps  

• Prioritized list of process areas for improvement  

Phase 2: Planning (3 days)  

Activities:  

• Develop a phased roadmap to advance priority areas  

• Enhance people, processes, and technology & establishment of progress tracking metrics 

• Discussion of quick wins and long-term strategic initiatives  

• Resource allocation recommendations for each stage  

• Build risk mitigation strategies  

• Integration points with existing business processes and systems  

• Skill gap analysis and training plan outline 

• AWS services and architecture recommendations to develop quick wins  

Deliverables from Phase 2:  

• First draft of Generative AI Adoption Roadmap  

• List of defined initiatives  

• Progress tracking metrics framework  

• Identified quick wins and long-term initiatives  

• Resource allocation plan

Phase 3 - Final Review (1 day)  

Activities:  

• Presentation of the comprehensive Generative AI Adoption Roadmap   

• Review of all key deliverables  

• Discussion of immediate action items   

• Planning for ongoing support and check-in
