What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Megaport is how simple and fast it makes connectivity between data centers and the cloud through its easy-to-use portal. Provisioning connections is quick and straightforward, whether it’s for data center interconnects or Azure ExpressRoute.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t run into any major downsides with Megaport. The platform has been reliable and straightforward to use, and it’s done a great job meeting my data center and cloud connectivity needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Megaport simplifies the challenge of connecting multiple data centers and extending those networks into the cloud. We’ve used Megaport for data center-to-data center connectivity, as well as for private connectivity to Azure via ExpressRoute. The portal makes it quick and straightforward to provision and manage connections, especially compared with traditional carrier provisioning. Overall, it provides reliable, flexible connectivity while helping us reduce deployment time and day-to-day operational overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
Megaport drastically reduced our deployment timelines. What used to take months now happens in days—cross-connects were live in about 3 days, and virtual connections were nearly instant. Changing bandwidth takes just two clicks, and their support team is always prompt and helpful. Outstanding service all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were a bit simpler to bridge traditional on-premises data centers that aren't natively housed inside a Megaport-enabled facility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Megaport solves the nightmare of legacy telecom circuits—where long-haul connections like New York to Los Angeles suffer from convoluted routing, dozens of unnecessary hops, and failing to deliver promised bandwidth. By replacing months of provisioning headaches with an agile, software-defined private fabric, migration was completely seamless, and we finally achieved clean, reliable, and expected throughput without the usual performance degradation.

Flexibility and the portal that is focused to the engineer using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really, I found the platform easy to use. Port costs are a little high if you're not building many services

Fast turn up on connectivity between different DCs. Allowed us to quickly integrate two networks. Sales team were also supportive in the presales.
