This is a legacy Koha Cloud Basic ARM64 listing. It remains available during the transition, but KohaSupport is simplifying its paid product lineup.

Koha Theme Builder™ The new KohaSupport edition introduces Koha Theme Builder™, a feature that helps libraries improve the public catalogue experience without maintaining custom Koha template changes. Koha Theme Builder™ includes 5 professionally designed theme families with 13 presets.
Standard users can activate 8 presets and preview 5 additional presets. Enterprise users receive the full unlocked Theme Builder experience with all 13 presets activated. Both Standard and Enterprise include Page Builder for homepage content, Page Settings for page-level options, and Design Studio for live colour, typography, and spacing adjustments.

A complete Koha ILS Koha includes cataloguing, circulation, holds, acquisitions, serials, interlibrary loans, Z39.50, SIP2, reports, a web-based staff interface, and a public catalogue.

Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour for the Basic Tier, based on the ARM64-based EC2 instance size you run. Each dimension is a specific instance type, so pricing scales with the compute, memory, and storage capacity you choose. General-purpose, compute-optimized, memory-optimized, storage-optimized, and metal options are all available. Smaller instances suit evaluation or light use; larger instances handle heavier catalogs and traffic. You select one instance type to match your library's needs. The KohaSupport software charge is billed through AWS Marketplace. AWS infrastructure charges for servers, storage, and networking are billed separately by AWS.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each hourly unit covers the KohaSupport software license for one running instance of the type you select. It does not include AWS infrastructure. AWS bills you separately for the server, storage, networking, and any other AWS services your deployment uses. Both charges appear in your AWS billing console.
The software license meters running time only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue the hourly KohaSupport charge. Note that stopped instances may still incur AWS storage fees for attached volumes. Turning off non-production environments when not needed is one way libraries manage cost.
You run one instance type at a time, and the hourly rate reflects that type's compute, memory, and storage capacity. Moving to a larger instance changes your hourly rate to match the new type. The switch is a deployment change you make; billing follows the instance you actually run.
