Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
Flynn's pricing combines two dimensions. You start with the Flynn Base Subscription, which gives you access to the platform, onboarding, and standard support. This is your entry cost for using the AI digital worker. On top of that, usage-based charges apply per GST reconciliation Flynn processes. This is a pay-as-you-go dimension, so your cost rises with the volume of reconciliations completed. The base subscription and the usage charge work together: one covers access, the other scales with the work done. Additional consumption is billed only when the usage dimension is enabled.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One GST reconciliation is one completed, end-to-end reconciliation and preparation task Flynn processes for a client return. This includes coding, mismatch checks, and reconciliation reports, with human review before finalisation. You are charged per completed reconciliation, not per transaction line or per hour worked.
Both charges apply together. The Base Subscription is a fixed cost covering platform access, onboarding, and standard support. The GST reconciliation charge is separate and scales with the number of reconciliations Flynn completes. As reconciliation volume grows, that usage charge tends to drive most of your total cost.
The Base Subscription charge still applies, since it covers platform access rather than work done. The GST reconciliation charge is pay-as-you-go, so it only accrues when Flynn completes a reconciliation. In a period with no reconciliations processed, you pay only the base subscription.

Vendor refund policy
AgenticAI may provide refunds on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable AWS Marketplace policies. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase or renewal and must include the AWS account ID, product name (Flynn), and a brief explanation of the request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method through AWS Marketplace.
