Cenna Agentic Business Automation and Orchestration Platform
Break Through Your Automation Wall
Traditional automation stops where complexity begins. While basic workflows handle structured tasks, the real work remains manual. Teams spend 80% of their time on cross-tool data gathering, reading PDFs and contracts, context switching between systems, and manually stitching processes across legacy applications. Cenna automates the complex business processes that legacy tools, RPA, and chatbots leave behind.
How Cenna Works
Cenna is a native Agentic Business Automation and Orchestration Platform powered by an Agentic Orchestration Layer that connects five pillars of enterprise automation: Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Supplier and Operations, Front Office Systems, and Back Office Systems.
Our foundation automation capabilities include browser agents that operate legacy applications through their web interfaces, a living Knowledge Graph with RAG that captures tribal and institutional knowledge, unstructured data processing for PDFs, emails, and contracts, and a lightweight multi-agent architecture that deploys new automation agents in days instead of months.
Cenna's Integrated Intelligence layer provides human-in-the-loop oversight, deep systems and data connectivity, and rich knowledge and context for every automated decision.
Why Enterprises Choose Cenna Over Legacy Platforms and Modern Startups
Legacy automation systems partially work with older applications but fail with web UIs, unstructured content, and flexible multi-agent workflows. Modern AI startups offer some intelligence but lack legacy system support, browser automation, forward-deployed engineering, and enterprise-grade deployment options.
Cenna delivers across every dimension: full legacy system integration, browser automation for applications with and without APIs, flexible multi-agent architecture, custom-built models with zero data retention, and rapid customization in days rather than months.
The Cenna Approach: Building Where Others Stop
Legacy System Integration: Browser automation for applications without APIs. Work with your existing tools with no replacement required. Handle systems built decades ago alongside modern platforms.
Forward-Deployed Engineering: Our experienced engineers embed with your team in an embedded partnership model. We bring deep understanding of your unique processes and deliver continuous optimization, with proven experience supporting complex enterprise environments with legacy systems, multi-department workflows, and strict compliance requirements.
Lightweight Multi-Agent Architecture: Rapid customization and deployment of new automation agents in days. Scale capabilities without rebuilding infrastructure. Avoid monolithic platforms that resist change.
Enterprise-Grade Security: Zero data retention on model calls. Deploy in your own AWS cloud environment or on-premise infrastructure for complete data control. SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA-ready compliance built in.
Deployment and Partnership
Cenna deploys fully containerized on your AWS infrastructure or on-premise environment, ensuring your data stays in your control. Our forward-deployed engineers work side-by-side with your teams from day one to define processes, identify ROI opportunities, and ensure smooth adoption. Post-deployment, we provide continuous support, rapid updates, proactive monitoring, and optimization as your business evolves.
Deep operational insights track time saved, efficiency gains, and ROI so you always know exactly where automation delivers value and where to expand next.
Highlights
Browser and Computer Agents for Legacy Systems: Cenna automates applications that lack APIs by operating through web interfaces, filling forms, pulling reports, and completing tasks end-to-end. Work with systems built decades ago alongside modern platforms, with no rip-and-replace required.
Forward-Deployed Engineering and Rapid Customization: Cenna's experienced engineers embed directly with your team to automate high-impact processes in days, not months. Continuous optimization and post-deployment support ensure automation evolves as your business changes.
Deploy On Your Cloud or On-Premise with Full Data Control: Fully containerized deployment on AWS or on-premise infrastructure with enterprise-grade security, zero data retention on model calls, and SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA-ready compliance built in.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

Process Executions
Blocks of 1000 automated process executions per year. Includes browser agent actions, form completions, data extractions, and end-to-end workflow runs. Base platform includes 50,000 executions.
This contract combines several independent pricing components. You start with the Platform License, the base fee for platform access, orchestration, Knowledge Graph, browser agents, security, and onboarding. Process Automation is priced per automated workflow you configure, such as onboarding or invoice processing. Process Executions are sold in blocks of 1,000 runs per year, with 50,000 executions included in the base platform. Buy more execution blocks as your run volume grows. The add_usage dimension covers additional usage beyond your committed amounts. Together, these let you scale the platform, the number of processes, and the execution volume separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one process execution, and what happens if we exceed the included 50,000 per year?
One execution is a full workflow run, including browser agent actions, form completions, and data extractions. The base platform includes 50,000 executions per year. Beyond that, you add Process Executions in blocks of 1,000 runs. You buy more blocks as your run volume grows, so cost scales with actual usage.
How do the Platform License, Process Automation, and Process Executions charges combine into our total bill?
The three bill independently and add together. The Platform License is a fixed base fee for access and orchestration. Process Automation charges per workflow you configure. Process Executions charge per block of runs beyond the included amount. Adding more processes or higher run volume drives most of the variable cost.
Who pays for the underlying cloud infrastructure the automated workflows run on?
You do, on your own cloud bill at your negotiated rates, because applications run in your own account and region. Cenna reports that cloud spend per application beside model spend, but the infrastructure charge is your actual usage, not a Cenna markup. Your existing commitments and discounts apply.
