What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to prevent data leaks and detect unusual behavior in real time is key. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that our company's sensitive information is well protected thanks to its customizable rules and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the background agent can consume a fair amount of system resources on older or lower-spec computers, which can slightly slow down the end user's device during heavy processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of protecting confidential company data from potential user oversight or poor practices. The biggest benefit is that it automates our security policy compliance and allows us to react in real time to any risky actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Teramind because it's fairly easy to use and comes online quickly. It allows us to see exactly what is going on in real time, which is really nice and helps us to ensure employees are working effectively. Additionally, it has been a very useful tool in troubleshooting issues that employees sometimes can't describe, providing more in-depth insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support can be a little slow to respond when we've had issues, which can be frustrating. We also haven't had really good success on Macs. Even when we follow the instructions, Mac security defaults are really hard to manage, especially if you're trying to install the Stealth client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Teramind to track employee productivity and troubleshoot issues effectively. It helps see deeper problems employees might not articulate, making it a very useful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a great fan of their support, I've had support agents spend an inexorable amount of time trying to fix incomprehensible database-level issues. This is an integral part of our security setup and I am confident their team is capable of resolving any issue I experience no matter the severity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no particular qualms with anything Teramind related. They don't force us into the cloud, their software has good UX design and they don't hamfist AI features into their platform like 99% of the industry. I almost stopped writing this review because of G2's ai slopification is getting on my nerves for example, I don't have to worry about that with Teramind because they aren't run by incompetent people, unlike G2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teramind is an integral part of our security environment, we're obliged to extreme security standards due to our business in the film industry and Teramind and we've leveraged more and more of Teramind's features over time.
