Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

You buy Sourcing Searches in fixed blocks under a contract. Blocks come in six sizes: 25, 50, 100, 200, 300, and 500 searches. Each block sets how many supplier sourcing searches you can run during your term. Pick the block that matches your expected search volume. If you use up your searches, the additional_search dimension lets you pay per extra search beyond your block. This add-on scales your usage without moving to a larger block. All blocks deliver the same search capability; only the included quantity differs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A sourcing search runs automated research on a supplier. Teem gathers product data, capabilities, pricing context, and competitors for that supplier. Each search you run against your supplier list draws one unit from your block. When your block is exhausted, extra searches bill through the additional_search dimension.
You are not blocked. Once you use up the searches in your chosen block, the additional_search dimension charges you per extra search beyond that amount. Only the searches past your block incur this per-search rate. Your original block stays fixed for the term; the add-on scales usage without switching blocks.
The marketplace dimensions cover Sourcing Searches only. Teem connects to your contract store or supplier system of record to pull supplier name, product name, renewal date, and cost data. It supports several direct integrations and can work with flat files. Most teams go live within days after providing their supplier list and user access.
