You buy the Klearcom Automated IVR & Number Testing Platform under a single contract dimension, priced in units. There are no separate tiers, instance sizes, or per-user licenses to choose from. You purchase the quantity of units your testing needs require. The pricing covers automated IVR and phone number testing across regions and carriers. Extra languages, additional users, mobile and fixed-line testing, and additional ports do not carry separate charges. This keeps the structure simple: you scale by adjusting the number of platform units under your contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one platform unit map to for billing purposes?
A unit measures your automated IVR and phone number testing volume. It is not tied to a user seat, port, or language. You buy the quantity of units your testing program needs. Mobile and fixed-line testing, added languages, extra users, and additional ports do not consume separate charges.
Does testing more countries, carriers, or number types raise my cost?
Testing spans 100+ countries and 330+ telecom operators across fixed and mobile networks. You can test Toll, Toll-Free, UIFN, ITFS, and DID numbers. These are not charged as separate line items. Cost scales with the number of platform units under your contract, not by country, carrier, or number type.
Do added languages or extra user accounts add to what I pay?
No. Extra languages carry no separate fee, and there are no additional user license charges. The platform reports IVR options in 40+ languages and lets multiple team members work in one interface. Your bill changes only when you adjust the platform unit quantity in your contract.
