Vendor refund policy
Refund Policy Summary Refunds are evaluated case by case for service failures, incorrect charges, or contract cancellations, excluding misuse or direct AWS charges. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days. Each party's liability is capped at the total payments made in the current month prior to a claim. Neither party is liable for consequential damages, except where prohibited by law.
