All options subscribe you to the same Contract Lifecycle Management package, which includes the Contract Administration, Milestone Manager, and Engagement Manager modules. Pricing centers on Contributor users, priced two ways. Pooled Users and Named Users let you buy licenses per user. Six capacity tiers instead bundle a set number of contributors: up to 25, 100, 250, 500, 1000, or unlimited. As your contributor count grows, you move to a higher-capacity tier. Every option requires professional services for implementation, billed separately from these subscription prices.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one contributor for billing?
A contributor is a low-level permission user, such as a requestor or basic user who inputs data, or a vendor user. This role does not carry administrative permissions. Each such person you enroll counts as one contributor against your license count or capacity tier.
How do the pooled and named user options differ from the capacity tiers?
Pooled and named user options bill per individual license you buy. The six capacity tiers instead bundle a fixed ceiling of contributors, from up to 25 through unlimited. Tiers suit predictable head counts; per-user options suit precise license counts. Both cover the same three modules.
What happens if my contributor count outgrows my current capacity tier?
Each tier sets a contributor ceiling: 25, 100, 250, 500, 1000, or unlimited. If your count passes the ceiling, you move to a higher tier covering the full contributor set. Contact the vendor to confirm how transitions are applied to your subscription.
