Contracts are often managed across disconnected systems, manual workflows, and shared drives, creating delays, limited visibility, and unnecessary risk. As contract volumes grow, oversight becomes harder to scale, and compliance becomes reactive.
Conga CLM provides a single system for managing every contract across Legal, Procurement, and Sales, turning agreements into governed, searchable data that supports execution, compliance, and informed decision making.
Conga CLM is a cloud native Contract Lifecycle Management solution deployed on AWS. It supports both buy side and sell side contracts and scales to meet the needs of global organizations across regulated and high volume environments.
Organizations can start with foundational contract management, centralized storage, alerts, and reporting, and expand into automation, AI assisted review, and enterprise integrations as requirements evolve.
By purchasing Conga CLM through AWS Marketplace, customers benefit from simplified procurement, consolidated billing, and the ability to retire AWS committed spend. Conga also offers a Professional Services Accelerator to ensure rapid deployment and ROI, typically going live in as little as six weeks.
Whether you're preparing proposals, managing obligations, or scaling global operations, Conga CLM delivers the agility, intelligence, and control needed to drive revenue certainty and operational excellence.
Highlights
Standardized Contract Execution
Automate intake, drafting, review, approval, and signature workflows. Business users generate contracts from approved templates and playbooks, reducing manual effort and keeping Legal focused on higher risk work.
Centralized Contract Visibility
All contracts are stored in a secure, searchable repository. Contract data is structured for reporting, dashboards, and alerts, making it easy to track status, obligations, renewals, and exposure across the full contract portfolio.
Embedded Compliance and Governance
Clause validation, risk scoring, fallback language, and obligation tracking enforce standards directly in the contract process. Audit ready reporting supports internal and regulatory requirements without manual reconciliation.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Conga CLM is priced per user under a contract. You pick one of two editions and pay for each user you add. The Business Edition covers core contract lifecycle management. The Enterprise Edition supports broader needs. Both dimensions bill on the same per-user unit, so your cost scales with the number of users you license in the chosen edition. You commit to the edition and user count for the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing under either edition?
One user is one licensed person who accesses the platform, such as a legal, sales, or procurement team member. You pay per user in your chosen edition. Your cost is the per-user price multiplied by the number of users you license for the contract term.
What is the difference between the Business Edition and Enterprise Edition?
Both editions bill per user. The Business Edition covers core contract lifecycle management. The Enterprise Edition supports broader needs, which may include added capabilities like a clause library, version control, and redlining. Confirm the exact feature split with the vendor before you commit.
What drives my total cost under this per-user contract pricing?
Your user count drives cost. Each edition uses a single per-user unit, so the bill equals the per-user price times the number of licensed users. There is no separate charge for contract volume or storage in the pricing dimensions. Adding users raises cost; the edition you pick sets the per-user rate.
