Dimensions summary
You pay by the hour based on the AWS EC2 instance you run the software on. This license covers up to 500 computers and one user. The dimensions are not pricing tiers; each maps to a specific EC2 instance size. Options span general-purpose (t3, m3, m4), compute-optimized (c3, c4), memory-optimized (r3, r4), storage-optimized (d2, i3), and GPU (g3, g3s, p2) families. Larger instance sizes carry higher hourly rates. You choose the instance that fits your workload, and billing scales with the running hours and instance you select.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The license lets you patch up to 500 managed endpoints, such as servers, workstations, and laptops. Each device you install the agent on counts toward that limit. Single user means one administrator account can access the console. The hourly charge is separate and reflects the EC2 instance you run.
The hourly software charge accrues only while your chosen EC2 instance is running. A fully stopped instance does not accrue the hourly software fee. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage charges for attached volumes. Billing meters the running hours of the instance you selected.
Yes. Each dimension maps to a specific EC2 instance type, and larger sizes carry higher hourly rates. If you move the software to a different instance, billing follows that instance's rate for the hours it runs. The 500 computer and single user coverage stays the same regardless of instance.

Patch Manager Plus (PMP) service is now installed in this instance. Once the instance is up and running, take remote connection of your instance. Now, PMP service tray icon will be available in the task bar of your computer. If the tray icon is unavailable, select the Desktop shortcut of PMP and enable the tray icon. Right click on the tray icon and start PMP service. Enter the URL http://<public_dns>:8020/configurations.do in your Internet Explorer browser to access PMP.
