Dimensions summary
You buy credits under one of three plan tiers: Standard, Professional, or Enterprise. Each tier sets a different per-credit price, so the plan you pick determines your credit rate. You subscribe to a set amount of credits, billed quarterly or yearly. You then spend those credits based on your AI-optimized compute and storage usage, paying by the second of runtime. Moving from Standard to Professional to Enterprise raises the per-credit price and adds more optimization, management, and support capabilities. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time, and unused credits roll into the next cycle.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You spend credits based on the compute and storage your HPC jobs use. Fovus auto-optimizes each job to lower runtime and cost. You pay only for the optimized runtime, billed by the second. So credit consumption tracks actual per-second usage, not fixed allocations.
Unused credits carry over to one more subscription cycle. They expire if you do not use them by the end of that next period. If you cancel, you can use services until the current period ends, but remaining credits expire at the cycle's close.
Yes. Each annual subscription term requires a minimum of 10,000 credits, or the equivalent for a quarterly term. This minimum applies regardless of which plan tier you choose.

Vendor refund policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, users can still use services until the end of the subscription period. Unused credits will expire at the end of the subscription period. Unused paid credits can only be refunded if the subscription is canceled during the trial period.
