This contract-based listing centers on Backup & Restore Enterprise, sold in fixed capacity tiers from XSmall to XXL. Each tier includes unlimited users and caps your data and file storage. When you outgrow a tier, you add capacity through separate Add-On Data Storage and Add-On File Storage units, sized Small through Extra Large. Optional units cover extended retention, Zero Trust Connect secure extraction, and Archiving Plus. Expert Services are priced as bundles, individual restore audits or tests, or by the hour. Bring Your Own Storage is priced as a percentage of your annual contract value, with a yearly minimum.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You start with one Backup & Restore tier, which caps your data and file storage. When you approach those caps, you buy Add-On Data Storage or Add-On File Storage units to raise the limit. Data and file capacity are billed separately, so you scale each independently. Add-Ons stack on top of the base tier.
Each tier sets two separate limits. The data storage cap covers Salesforce record data, measured in gigabytes. The file storage cap covers attached files and binary content, measured in gigabytes or terabytes. A tier can hit its file limit while data capacity remains, or the reverse, so you add capacity to whichever runs short.
Bring Your Own Storage lets you use your own public cloud storage for backed-up Salesforce data. It is priced as 10% of your annual contract value, with a yearly minimum. This differs from the fixed tiers, which charge a set price for defined capacity limits rather than a percentage of your contract.

What do you like best about the product?
In our Org backing up data has always been performed manually through the weekly exports, and while this worked for us it was not an actual solution for backup AND recovery. As our org grew in size so did the complexity and number of group of Users within it. This forced us to review our current process and find an enterprise solution. Odaseva is a very powerful platform that was incredibly easy to setup and use, through the use of the audit reports we were able to identify what objects, app or fields were missing permission to capture that data as well as our metadata. The interface is packed with many features but in a straight forward layout that's easy to navigate and understand. The support from Odaseva in getting our Orgs connected and the hourly, nightly and weekly full backs was streamline and again, very simple. Their guides and documentation are loaded with a ton of great content making it easy to learn and use. I could not recommend a better system for back up and recovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about the platform, it has provided us with every solution we required and there are still additional features and function that we have yet to utilize but will be able to do in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing the out-of-the-box weekly export functionality that Salesforce current offers for a backup, and a net new function of being able to restore data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the complete automation of data backup. We just have to connect our org with the odaseva platform and thats it. Rest is taken care by their team. I also like the UI of the odaseva platform. We can view all the governor limits and the org wide analytics at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to say that I don't like in Odaseva. This is really helpful tool for us right now. One thing I would like to suggest is to have more articles in knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sandbox seeding and our org's complete performance review and their rollback features are really benefiting us right now. we can even mask the data to be in compliance with HIPAA.
